The team arrived with the replacement part on the first visit, and the scheduling timeframe was reasonable. A few weeks have now passed since Impact serviced my washer, and I have not had any issues since. I think some poor reviews may come from people not understanding that technicians are not magicians. Some repairs are more serious and cannot always be resolved immediately, and parts or supply chain delays can take time. He came and checked everything out and it seemed the machine was working fine while he was here. We pretty much determined it was probably user error by me. Turns out there's a delay start button that I might have pushed unknowingly, and therefore made it seem like it wasn't working. I tell you all this because I was happy he was so honest about that when others could have and probably would have taken advantage of someone. He still ran all his diagnostics, gave me some inside info and showed me how to do some things that will ensure that the machine is working good and properly. He was very professional yet friendly and very fair and reasonable. He didn't gouge me with a high total when other companies probably could have.
