They started with 2 hour playgroup. very on time and organized pick up at the beginning soon it dropped to 1:30 and then 45min With the same price. Random pick up. Sometime between 7:45 to 12. There are much organized and better services around. When I provided feedback to the owner she got defensive said the service is between 45min to 2 hours and said good luck. she was not even open to hear feedback for her poorly managed company. when You work, you need to plan when your dog should go out not that right after you come back from walk you see someone is there to pick him up. No prior coordination on pick up time communicated anymore. Just check the images to see how the service we got was different than the original commitment by Deb.

We have a beautiful golden retriever puppy who is now about four and a half months old. I was working from home for the first few months and able to be with our pup most of the time. But from time to time I would have to go to extended meetings and did not want to leave the pup home alone. Tail Trekkers came to our house and picked our pup and brought her back later in the day. I noticed how happy our pup was - she got so excited when Kim, the owner, would come to pick her up and was so rested and tranquil in the evening when we all came home from school and work. I started to use Tail Trekkers three days a week to enable me to focus on work and recently went full time when I accepted a new office job. I am so grateful to know that our pup is in such good hands all day - playing with other dogs, receiving lots of exercise and with such great care givers. Our pup is visibly content and at ease in the evenings after such a full day. The prices are EXTREMELY reasonable. Many institutional dog care providers confine dogs for most of the day. Dog walkers can be costly just for an hour or two of service. Tail Trekkers charges very reasonable prices and provides an array of services for pets including day trips with other dogs to local parks and hiking trails. Tail Trekkers is always very prompt in picking up our dog and bringing her home and willing to answer questions. Our pup had picked up a number of new commands simply by watching Kim with other dogs and she was happy to explain them to me. She even sends pictures of our pup happily playing with other dogs - which makes me very happy and gives me great peace of mind. I am also personally very moved by Kim's commitment to animals. She rescued a dog Bear (the company's mascot) who was declared "unsalvagable" by a kill shelter. Kim begged the shelter to spare Bear and was able to slowly rehabilitate him through play, training and a lot of patience. Kim has such a natural way with animals - I feel that this is more than just a job; it's a mission. I'm very proud to support a local business that provides such high quality services and goes the extra mile to promote positive experience for animals. I wouldn't want anything less for our puppy and am very grateful to have found Tail Trekkers!

Woof Woof Karen & Erika (which means "thanks" from my puppy!) :)…read moreMy 18 week-old puppy spent a night at Karen & Erika's, and it was his first time away from home. He had a GREAT time, met new dog friends, and when I picked him up at the park the next morning (during the morning romp for all the Urban K9 dogs), he barely acknowledged me. When we got home, he slept for HOURS. He was happy and exhausted, which made me happy as well. I am so glad someone recommended Urban K9 to me, and you should check it out!

They came to meet me and Iggy, that's his name. They made the process very simple. I completed the forms, gave them instructions. I left the payment and they left me a paid invoice with a report on my cat. They feed him and cleaned his litter box as requested. I look forward to doing more business with them in the future.

TOTAL LIFESAVERS!!!…read more My wife and I, with our three-year-old border collie Riley in tow, just flew into Boston from a San Diego (on a red eye) when my wife began experiencing notable chest pain. Erring on the side of caution, we decided to take her down to the ER to rule out anything major. The only issue now was what we were going to do with Riley this late in the day, as he was extremely anxious being left alone in a crate in an unfamiliar place, and we had no idea how long we were going to be gone for - we're talking banshee level screaming for hours on end that would have surely gotten us kicked out of the hotel. Bebe and Dan were kind enough to watch our puppy overnight - with last minute notice no less. After checking out of the ER with a clean bill of health around midnight, we proceeded to spend the next two hours attempting to hail a cab, Lyft, or Uber before calling it quits and paying for another hotel room across the street for the night. The following morning, we managed to get a Lyft out to pick up Riley, who was happy as a pickle, and made it back to our original hotel room - passing out for several more hours. If we're ever in the Boston area again, you can rest assured Bebe will be first on my list of Daycares to reach out to. THANK YOU BOTH!
