So, it's what lies in the Ala Carte menu that's best, more authentic, and which you can digitally select and order from your table with fresh salmon, tuna, eel and more. However, we recently went for their Udon with Chicken Karage and it was divine, large, thick udon noodles, a delicious broth, about four deep-fried chicken pieces, nori, and fish cake. It was moreish and great value on a winter's day of less than $13. While the way these chains present their daily offerings on the conveyor belt won't change, their best is beneath the surface and lurking in the digital menu on your table. Check it out.
