'Top Sushi' is my favourite takeaway sushi place in the city. If you an unfamiliar with the popular style of sushi in Australian food courts, these are the long seaweed rolls that are filled with just about every flavour combination possible.
Costing around $2 a piece, makes them the best cheap meal or snack. I find that two is enough to fill a petite girl like me but if you are really hungry, feel free to go for more or opt for one of their steamed dim sims. My favourite sushi rolls are the chicken ones - 'fried chicken' and 'chicken and basil'. They also offer fresh fish options for those who prefer the more authentic Japanese sushi flavours.
The place can get pretty crowded but if you are lucky, you can get a seat upstairs. There is nothing fancy about the eating area, but then again, you are not going there for a fancy meal.
If you are a fan of takeaway sushi, you will love the 'Top Sushi' as they offer the freshest sushi and tastiest sushi available. read more
