Then she actually grabbed my phone out of my hands while I was adjusting the volume on my AirPods. completely unprofessional. To be honest, I've never had a good experience here. And I'm not the only one -- all of my friends who've gone have been treated badly too. I used to go to Kelly's before I found beauty times, but I got a gift certificate and thought maybe this place deserved another shot. It ended up being even worse than I remembered. Please save yourself the stress, and tears, and go literally anywhere else.

Cuticles were not really cleaned up, feet were still rough after, toe nails had sharp edges. Later that day one toe color was already chipped. Beautiful space, but lacked the personal touch and was not punctual regarding appointment time.

I would imagine it's hard to get last minute appointments Because of the salon size, so keep that in mind. The subtle glitter patient on the walls feels glamorous. It is clean. My first time experience this and I have to say I love it .... No jet tubs! They fill a large clean bowl with warm water and a delightful smelling mixture. Takes away a lot of the worry about sticking your feet in an unclean tub. You don't sit in a traditional salon massage chair rather a comfortable bench with throw pillows. The sugar scrub they use on your legs smells incredible and my legs are SO smooth hours later. I really loved Alyssa. Conversation was SO natural. My brows also look incredible and the waxing/tweezing was minimally painful compared to other experiences. This place is truly a hole in the wall gem. Lena, the owner, does an amazing job on "ombre" gel dip powder nails - this is something completely different for me as I was a typical Pink/White Acrylics girl for 10+ years. I love how I can do something different, and the dip powder is soaked off at every visit so it's never thick at re-application and it always lasts 3 weeks, probably could last 4 weeks if I wanted, but i like changing it up. The price is costly, moreso than acrylics, but the work and time that goes into this is more than acrylics as well. For "ombre" (2 color) gel dip powder its $50 (and it's basically a "new set" each time since you soak off your set from before), and for 1 color its only $40. Something new for me - CT charges sales tax on services, so there will be sales tax on top of these costs. Lena has been wonderful - very customer focused and does a great job! They do take credit card, she has an attachment for her ipad allowing you to swipe/insert your card!
