The best lactation ever! I cannot thank Nikki enough for her guidance and support during my breastfeeding journey. Breastfeeding wasn't easy for me, and I truly don't know what I would have done without her help. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and compassionate, always offering solutions tailored to my needs. Nikki made me feel confident and supported every step of the way, turning what felt overwhelming into something manageable and even beautiful. I'm so grateful for her expertise and kindness!

Our 7 month daughter started sleeping poorly both day + night, and both my husband and I were spending so much energy getting her to sleep - we were so tired and at a loss of what to even do. Our neighbor recommended Ashley to us, and every time we see her we thank her for the connection! We loved how Ashley got to know us and our daughter, and made a tailored, custom sleep plan that addressed the goals we had and where we were at with sleep. She's also very responsive and provides good communication via text, which is amazing when you always have a sleeping newborn in your arms! I've been working with Alice for two months now and she conveniently comes to my home. The first visit was urgent and I was able to see her in less than 24 hours of getting connected to her--I was in so much pain and she helped me establish a good latch with my newborn, which set us up for success. During our other visits, Alice has helped me with a large range of issues like managing oversupply, using the bottle, pump, etc. While the visits have been covered by insurance, she really goes above and beyond by remaining accessible to answer questions as needed. Her communication and kindness really stand out! As a first time mom, I didn't realize how hard breastfeeding would be and how many issues would pop up. It's been very reassuring to have Alice as a resource.

We were in their care for our first pregnancy and they made us feel so much care and love throughout. I loved having a personal connection with them. We really enjoyed every appointment and I'm really sad we have "graduated" out of care and moving on to our pediatrician/family doctor. A few things that stood out and I particularly appreciated about their practice: 1. Their office is small and cozy and a few minutes from our home. 2. Labs were ran through an in network provider, so I didn't have to pay out of pocket. Even though they are not in-network with anyone. Also results always came back super fast. 3. They have referrals for just about everything related to pregnancy and postpartum and some in-network providers. 4. Most appts are an hour long and they are extremely responsive/communication is always top tear. 5. They are also lactation specialist, so no need to hire someone else if you need help or have questions once baby is born. 6. They are a great balance of holistic/western medicine and have a great relationship with Ventura County Medical if you need to go to the hospital for any reason at any time during your pregnancy, delivery or postpartum. 7. They are super down to earth, funny and relatable! We will def. be reaching out again for future pregnancies! Love them!

After four different births with varying degrees of trauma, uncertainty seemed to pop up every few weeks for me with baby #5, pregnancy #9. No matter where I was at emotionally, physically or spiritually, they met me there and supported me with such love and care. This is their ministry and it's felt on the receiving end. I love these women after what they helped me through and can't thank them enough. Believe me when I say working with them is an absolute birth dream come true.

She has such a calming aura about her and she is so patient! I think I called her back to my room maybe 10 times during my short day at the hospital. She was never frustrated with me she made jokes and assured me that by the time I left I would be able to get my baby to latch. We continue our relationship after I left the hospital and she continued to give me quality advice never pressured me to continue breast-feeding and just wanted what's best for me! Because of this woman I made it a full year with breast-feeding and supplementing because I did not make enough milk and I truly believe it is all because of Deborah! If you were looking for an amazing lactation consultant you literally don't have to look any further she has a magic about her that you feel as soon as she walks in the room! Deborah thank you for all you do not just for me but for everyone around you you are amazing!

My baby was having trouble latching, I was in so much pain, my nipples were bleeding, I was beyond exhausted, and honestly, I just felt completely defeated. Then I met Debbie -- and she changed everything. I was able to pump a little to get my baby through the night, and the next morning, I met with her. She is seriously the kindest, most genuine person. She made me feel seen, heard, and supported. She didn't rush me, answered every question, and stayed until I felt confident enough to latch him on my own. Now here we are, five months later -- I'm exclusively breastfeeding and have over 300 oz of frozen milk. Something that once felt impossible is now our reality, and it's all thanks to Debbie. I'm forever grateful for her.

Both classes were led by Barbara and Corgi, who were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and relatable. From the moment we walked in, they made everyone feel comfortable and welcome. What I appreciated most was how interactive the classes were. They encouraged lots of questions and really engaged with the group, which made the experience feel personal rather than overwhelming. They struck the perfect balance of being informative while keeping things fun and lighthearted. So much information can be stressful but the way it was presented was easy to digest. I loved doing it with my partner and think it was such a great way to get him more involved in this process that can lean so heavily on the mom. Beyond just the classes, The Pump Station offers so much! Mommy and Me, classes for Grandparents, Car Seat Installation, Stroller consultation. They also have a great gift store and registry program! I will absolutely be signing up for Mommy & Me classes and love supporting a small business who put so much love and care into what they do.

More importantly, their website said the stroller I wanted was in stock and available in 4 hours for pickup, but when I got there it wasn't available for purchase and it had to be ordered. When I brought it up to the cashier, he said it was because they have it in store their inventory but not at the store? Huh?? After doing more digging I saw there was a "Terms and conditions" asterisk in fine print you have to click on to find out this information. All I saw was the green check mark that says "In stock and ready for pick up in 4 hours." Any other place I have ever been to- this would mean it would be in stock at the store. When I brought up, calmly, that this was confusing and they should fix it because I drove two hours to get to the store. The cashier said nothing. Not a "Aw geez, I'm sorry. I can understand your frustration and why that's confusing." I'm a reasonable person. I've worked in customer service all my life. The demeanor of the cashier alone has put me off from ever visiting this store again or recommending it. We went to Uppababy a few blocks down and they were SOOO kind that it completely made my day. All I needed was some kindness. To the owners of the Pump Station- the people using your website are most likely VERY tired moms. I personally am getting 3-4 hours of sleep a day. Tired moms need clear signage if something is in stock or not. Time is precious in this season of life. We also need KINDNESS. My body is broken and recovering from giving birth. I am exhausted! I would expect a place who sells baby items to understand this. Overall, would never recommend this place and will tell everyone I know that it was an awful experience.

We interviewed a lot of doulas before deciding to hire Jen. I had honestly already selected a doula I wanted and almost cancelled the consultation appointment with Jen but something told me to keep it and I am so glad I did. After chatting with her I knew she was the one. Her energy and calming voice was exactly what I knew I needed! Jen has been there for me EVERY step of the way on this wild rollercoaster to motherhood! She is always just a text or call away and the amount of time I've called her and spent an hour or more on the phone with her just crying, venting, laughing or bouncing thoughts with her. She's quickly become one of my dear friends! At my birth she was pivotal, and kept me calm by helping with breathing tactics and pain management tools. She even helped me push my baby out. I am so grateful to have walked this journey and to keep walking this journey with you Jen! Thankfully we also added on her postpartum package and she has been spoiling me with yummy meals, foot and back massages, sitz baths and loving on my son. Jen is an absolute gem and I highly recommend her! Oh and I almost forgot she captured my birth beautifully too with photos and videos.
