Highly recommend this hidden gem in Kendall. Very well made food that are also very aesthetically appealing! Service was also very good.

My son loves Korean food and found this on Google Maps so we went to check it out. It's a a great location. Plenty of parking. We were sat immediately on a Saturday afternoon. The waiter was so nice. So friendly and professional. We shared the Gyoza as an appetizer. They were yummy. For my entree I ordered the cauliflower Bibimbop with chicken. My son ordered the Korean Ramyun. Everything came out quickly, and hot. The Bibimbop was delicious. It's a nice size serving and I had leftovers. My son's Ramyun was very big and he had a lot of leftovers. The menu had several dishes that would be good for larger parties. I'd love to come here with my whole family and share one of the combination platters that serve 5-6 people. The restaurant is nicely decorated with paintings done by the Chef's brother. We were too full for dessert, but they looked really good. Altogether our bill was $60+, $75 with tip. I look forward to returning again soon.

It's small in there but it's cozy. Service was great. I went alone and the server didn't come up too much which I loooove! Food was very fresh and tasty! Loved the complimentary Korean coffee at the end. Towards the end of my meal a server walked by with the Bulgogi and it smelled amazing! Definitely going to order that next time!

*Delayed post from June '25 Stopped in for lunch with a group of four and had a great experience! The interior is decorated with many cute items, including neon lights, brightly colored flowers and TVs playing K-pop. Our food arrived quickly and our server was attentive, refilling our waters and waiting on us consistently. Food-wise, everything was well seasoned and cooked with lots of vegetables on the menu. I ordered a classic bibimbop and was satisfied, though I enjoyed the Combo Rolls someone else ordered a lot too because it offers variety and convenience. Fair warning for those who like to order spicy, order knowing their level of spice is much higher than what you may be accustomed to. Their Ramyum is delicious, but damn the higher spice level may prevent you from enjoying it if you burn out your taste buds. Best to add chili on the side as you need instead of ordering it spicy.

Wow!!! This place is a hidden gem in the heart of Kendall. I've been dying to try Bibimbap and went on a search for it on here, and with this being one of the top rated places for authentic Korean food, I had to come and try it for myself. I absolutely loved the ambiance, it's like you open the door and step foot in Korea. They have super cute neon signs, but the best part is that there's art pieces all throughout the restaurant of the owner's brother's art! Stepping in here felt so cozy and nice, it's just a feeling of eating at home, with family. We ordered the Korean Mandu to start with, these are crispy dumplings with mixed filling and they were extremely tasty! For the main course we did the Bibimbap and Galbi meal and this could not have been more perfect. The key here is to MIX EVERYTHING! Trust me. This is a must order item and absolutely delicious. The meat is mouthwatering, the flavors are just right, it was everything I expected it to be. We got here a little late so didnt get to order dessert, but they gave us their complimentary Korean coffee with cream, and it reminded me of if a cafe con leche and a hot chocolate had a baby! Try it and you'll see what I mean. Lastly, the service was amazing, Chef Uri ensured we enjoyed our meal and checked on us a couple of times. You can't get this level of service anywhere in Miami. I will definitely be back, but with more people, and with an emptier stomach lol.

Finally made it to kimbop!! I went on a little solo date and ordered the Korean ramyun with bolgogi steak. It was amazing!! The ramen didn't feel as salty as traditional ramen and love that it came with veggies. The steak was tender and came with a good amount. Service was very nice and attentive. The place is small but just big enough. Recommend coming in small parties.

Came here with a couple of my friends. We ordered the popcorn chicken, meat lovers combo, and the udon noodles. Everything was on point, noodles were okay lacked taste and super spicy. We were seated right away, service took a little bit but our waiter was very kind. Cute spot, nice environment, a bit pricey. They also give free coffee at the end of your meal.

We had such a great experience at Kimbop in Kendall! From the moment we walked in, the service was warm and attentive. We ordered the Kimbop Premium Couple Platter and it was absolutely delicious--fresh, beautifully presented, and satisfying. One standout was the Korean Ramyun with Mandu--a must-try! The ramen bowl was perfectly balanced with rich broth, chewy noodles, and flavorful dumplings that tied it all together. You can really tell they care about quality and taste. The pricing is very fair considering the portion sizes and overall experience. The ambience is casual and fun, with upbeat K-pop music playing--my kids were obsessed and now won't stop talking about it! A special little touch that made our visit even sweeter: the complimentary coffee. Totally unexpected and really appreciated. Kimbop has definitely earned a spot on our favorites list. Highly recommend!

This weekend we decided to try KIMBOP. I have never had Korean food but it was on my list of places to try . This restaurant is located in kendall . It is a family owned restaurant. Which I love , why because they deliver wonderful service . As you enter you are greeted right away . Inside sits about 20 people and they also have outside seating . We were seated right away , there wasn't really a wait and we were hungry so that was great . Right away they explained the menu to us and answered any questions we may have had . You can order with a server or they have individual tablets at each table with you can order your meal yourself. The service was really amazing and I appreciated the professionalism and kindness everyone showed us. While waiting for the food we received this almost noddled appetizer which was so good and it cleans your palate . I ordered kimchi and mild chicken which came with assorted sides . Now the kimchi for some people maybe spicy but for me it wasn't so fair warning. All in all the food was great , the atmosphere is very inviting and the service was truly amazing . I will be back to try more delicious items on the menu .

ALMOST a 5... almost. Small location in a shopping plaza, but a great food experience. You order at your table on a tablet. We did a Udon-Bokki Combo with the wings and Kimbop ( Spam, Chicken and Steak) and it was all delicious, a little spicy so fair warning if your are sensitive to spice. We also did the Bulgogi and rice all to share .

Oh my goshhhhh this food is so good! The service is quick, the staff is so friendly and respectful; truly some customer service that you don't see very often THATS how good it is. And the environment is small, cozy, and colorful but fitting. Love coming here WEEKLY!

Looking for authentic Korean food in Kendall that feels like it's made by a Korean Halmoni (grandmother)? Look no further! This is *the* spot for fresh, genuine Korean dishes, where the service is always top-notch and the ambiance is charming. With K-pop music and performances playing on the TVs, it's the perfect way to immerse yourself in Korean culture while you dine. My top recommendation? The spicy pork Gimbap - it's like sushi, but cooked, with incredible flavor that packs a punch. I've been coming here for years and I'm so grateful it's just around the corner!

Pork Belly samgyupsal. Authentic and so delicious!

We went with the Butcher's Feast, and each cut of steak was absolutely delicious. We also got the Wagyu add-on for a bit of an extra charge, and honestly I would say it is worth it. I loved how you could completely customize each and every bite. All of the steak was soooo flavorful, and all of the vegetables were crunchy and flavorful. One of my favorite parts of the meal was also watching them cook the steak for us right at our table. Just tell them what kind of cook you want on your steak, and they will take care of the rest. As far as the approachability of this restaurant, I found it very welcoming and a really great hospitality team. Having never tried a Michelin Star restaurant before, I was worried I would be out of my element but I felt very comfortable here. And the food... every single dish felt like an experience and somehow better than the last!!! I genuinely couldn't pick a favorite. Even the krunchy kale had personality (which says a lot). The branzino, steak tartare, Korean fried chicken, octopus, mussels... I'm still thinking about all of it. Kim, the manager, was consistently checking in and making sure everything was perfect, and that level of attention to detail made the entire night feel elevated. The waitress was on her phone the whole time but when we got her attention, she was efficient. Our seafood pancake was delicious. I loved how it came on a cast iron plate so it stayed hot and crispy. The middle of the pancake could've cooked a little more, the flour and the seafood were both a bit squishy. The banchan were great, the spicy radish and kimchi were my favorite. My husband got the spicy squid and added pork belly for +$10 and he loved it. It wasn't super spicy so I could still eat it. More sweet spicy than fire. My Galbi Tang was rich and full of umami. The ribs were a little overcooked and hard to get off the bones. The flavor was good though. There was plenty of glass noodles, thin radish slices, egg and big pieces of scallions in the broth. First of all, it is owned and run by a Korean couple, meaning you'll get served by the wife of the chef, and the chef will be the one preparing the dishes inside the kitchen. He even brought our our LA Galbi. What makes this place different is the way they present the food; there are not hot grills on the table, which I am all for. NO ONE has time to leave dinner smelling like Korean BBQ, and why risk burning your own food when the can do it perfectly in the kitchen. The seafood pancake came on a sizzling hot pan, and the bottom was a little toasty adding unbelievable texture. I have never had this anywhere before, but it was life changing. The LA Galbi was also so incredibly tender, and in a really great amount. For the portion and taste, I have Never had it so good before, ever. The customer service wasn't great. It felt inattentive and unwelcoming, which immediately set the tone for the meal. We ordered two servings of crab rangoon, and I was honestly shocked at both the price and the quality. To put it simply it was the worst crab rangoon I've ever had. They tasted like they were deep-fried in old oil, with that heavy, stale aftertaste. They didn't seem fresh at all more like something pulled from a freezer and quickly dropped into the fryer. When I opened them up, there was barely any filling besides cream cheese. I couldn't find any actual crab inside, which was really disappointing, especially considering how much they charged for them. I was genuinely sad about how much money we spent on those two orders, only to be completely let down. I love supporting unique, themed spots and the anime vibe really had potential but unfortunately, the food quality and service just didn't meet expectations. I hope they improve because the concept itself is cute.
