The customer service was spectacular by the owner and the people who worked there. They were all so kind and willing to help with every question we had. I made the cutest mug and it took about 2-3 weeks for pickup. I liked this place so much that I am coming back at the end of July with a few people from my book club. There was also so many items to pick from and you could also create your own pottery as well, they had classes for that. There were great options to choose from to paint and they have some other activities as well. Jessica was the lovely lady who helped us and gave great information and instructions. They had a lot of different tools and techniques that I hadn't seen before. I also really appreciated that they encouraged us to take the bottles of paint needed to our table. A previous place I had gone to, filled our palettes for us and told us to ask for more if needed which was very frequent and difficult when it was busy. However she does not insist on helping if you don't desire help. You are free to wander around and enjoy. The staff also knows the inventory and is very helpful. As you turn you will see wonderful giant butterfly art installation on the outside of the building inviting you inside. The officials greeters are two well trained pups. Worth a trip.
