The selection is outstanding! It was hard to decide what we wanted. My daughter got a beautiful rose gold cigar band. I got an intricate pair of sterling earrings. I'm not sure if they actually repaired the original chain or gave me a different one. I came back to show them how different it was and was verbally attacked by the male owner of the store. He was incredibly rude, even after I said I was willing to pay what I originally paid over again (which also simply isn't fair). He continued to attack me, accusing me that I switched out the chain and that Hugo Kohl would never do that. We had thought the people standing in the hallway were waiting on the dental office in the same building. Disappointing. Communication is so simple and shows customers that you care about their business. I always try to patronize local shops, but this time the chain store down the road got my business. Even though we visit this area twice a year, I can't see myself trying this one again either.

If one person can't help, they radio one who is more knowledgeable. Often they don't just direct me to an isle, they lead me to the product I want, and will often engage in problem solving and figuring out creative uses of hardware if I'm looking for objects to jimmyrig something. (Don't worry, that's a nautical term from a half millineum ago.) The selection of tools, hardware and supplies is excellent and there is more in the online store that ships free to the store.

You can find a large variety of clothing suitable for the Mennonite community. There was also a thrift store located in the back. The store sells various housewares (i purchased some fanatics knives here) homedecor, such as table runners , and books!
