He came out to look at the unfinished project immediately and had it fixed within a week. My initial thoughts when booking this project with RyCoe were nothing but positive and I truly believe now it was not done on purpose. I have a lot of respect for the way he handled fixing this and I will continue to use RyCoe for future projects. I am extremely satisfied with the end result.. my landscaping looks beautiful. Extremely disappointed in my services from Rycoe. I reached out to them about landscaping and Ryan came out to take a look at what needed to be done so he could give us a quote. I was very specific about what I needed done and it was listed in a breakdown on the invoice perfectly. It took a while for the guys to come out, but I waited patiently anticipating the final product. The end result came out great until weeds started popping up everywhere. My husband kicked the mulch and we both realized landscape paper was never placed under the mulch like it was talked about AND I PAID FOR. I reached out to Ryan in hopes this would get fixed, and he did respond to me stating that he would look into it and get back to me. It has been 8 months with no communication at all. I wanted to give this company the benefit of the doubt, but it feels like I got scammed. I had even originally asked if they could just use the landscape paper that I had bought since I already had it and I was told no. I paid for a product and service (that was very expensive) and did not get at ALL what I paid for. I am extremely disappointed and will never recommend this company to anyone.

We hired Doug Chapman of G&D Excavating Services out of Marion, NY, to do work for us in the spring…read moreof 2019. He provided us with two work references, both of whom said he was not good at communicating, but did complete jobs and his work was decent for the prices he charged. We hired Doug to down some large trees on our property, dig stumps, clean out/edge a small pond, clean up brush, and fill low spots where water was laying. He quoted us $5000 for the work and said he could start within a week. We agreed. He came one day and started the work, then asked for partial payment at the end of that day. I agreed and paid him for the work done, and he assured me he would be back to finish the rest. He NEVER came back. Our property was left a mess and we own no large equipment to finish the work ourselves. I called and texted dozens of times over the next few months and he said he was busy on other jobs, but that he would still get to ours by fall. Now he does not answer calls or texts. BEWARE OF THIS CONTRACTOR - DO NOT PAY A PENNY UNTIL ALL THE WORK IS DONE TO YOUR SATISFACTION! Learned a hard lesson on this one...

They caused all sorts of problems for us, and the sale of our home We hired them to pump and inspect our septic system. They sent a young man to our home. he couldn't be a day over 23. I asked him is there an inspector coming, he replied that he also was the inspector, He removed the one lid to the tank and pumped it. He then turned on the flash lite on his phone and told me everything looks good. he stated that the baffle is in place, He then told me to go inside and flush the toilet. then stated again. everything looks good I asked him, (are you going to inspect the secondary lid and camera the inlet to the distribution box) he told me it was not necessary everything look good. What about the leach field, its fine, everything looks good 3 days later we get a letter from the crook Dean Bah, (Chamberlian) stating there is a history of high-water marks on the tank, which indicates that there is a problem with the leach field. our realtor called and asked Dean to come out and recheck the work and if there is a problem please let us know what the problem is and what do we need to correct it. He refused to come out. but when the buyers got the report, and they contacted Chamberlian, he had no problem telling them it would be 15K to repair the leach field, so we had to call a second inspection. He opened both lids and the distribution box. OMG everything is working like it should. Dean Bah is a scammer, Don't ever use him, after talking to others we have learned this is not the first time, he has done this too others.
