He pumped the tank and then cleaned the filter and washed the total 1250 tank out until it was truly clean. Then he shined his spotlight on and showed me how clean it was. He never returned and I'm left with a mess. Apparently too busy doing bigger jobs. Hard to trust a business that can't be honest and up front with the customer.
