We've been using them for almost a year now, and I've been very happy with them. They're very professional, give good referrals to other contractors - landscapers, plumbers, maid service, etc. Because we moved to the other side of the country, it's been nice to have the peace of mind they give us. Since our tenant moved in, they've had to replace a leaky garbage disposal, hire a landscaper, etc. My dealing with these things have been maybe one phone call, unless I had already delegated them the authority to use their discretion. The tenants have all seemed very happy in their dealings with the Thompsons. Property managers may not be for everyone, but having them definitely makes me realize they're for us.

Always very courteous and house maintenance problems are resolved very quickly when we call to report them. The only thing I wish they would update is that they only take payment in direct deposit or checks while most property management companies have updated to accepting payment via credit card or online payment. But still I would recommend them highly. They are long fallbrook natives and most people know who they are and say nice things about them. 10/10 would rent from them again.

In an attempt to help a friend find a rental unit after a devastating life changing event...there were road blocks at every turn with this company. They boast that they are a family owned business and Nick was incredibly rude and arrogant, like I've never seen. There was definitely a bit of prejudice going on as well and it was very apparent that they don't want to work with certain people which is so sad. After reserving an appointment time and changing around my work day to accommodate their schedule, it was then cancelled by the property manager claiming that I did not confirm the appointment. I received many texts and emails asking if I wanted to change or cancel the meeting which I did not. It was only until 25 minutes AFTER the scheduled meeting did I then receive an email asking for a confirmation. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional. Turns out they did me a favor as I would never want them as a property manager of my friends home. After being very invested in North County as a business owner myself...I mentioned this to several people and come to find out that Premier North county property Management has a terrible reputation around town. This is what happens when you treat people like dirt. I will continue to let people know of my experience and I won't soon forget it. It's usually something like this that a companies reputation goes down and word spreads fast. Read the review by Bob as well. Seems as though he had a similar experience. I am also involved of San Diego Rotary and other organizations that will definitely hear all the details about this "family owned business" that are mistreating people in our community.

This property management company is great. I've used Gail from NCPPM for several years now and…read moreshe's fantastic. I have several rental properties and, consequently have dealt with many issues: complications of repairs, chaotic tenant inquiries, contract issues, and even litigation (yes!). Also, because she is a licensed realtor, she handled a property sale that became seamless from a rental. I could cite dozens of examples where Gail went above and beyond what would be expected of a property manager, but instead will mention only how she performed under an unfortunate circumstance - which rather shows her true mettle. Of course no one's perfect. On one occasion there was an oversight on a complicated lease agreement which would have resulted in me losing a sum of money over the term of the lease. Note that this oversight may likely have occurred with any property manager considering how complicated the terms were in this particular case. Nevertheless, she immediately acknowledged the error, apologized and wrote me a check for that sum. Wow. Actually... "WOW!" I didn't expect that since the lease had only started. I mean, what if the tenant's lease didn't go to term, etc. This really shows good character. Someone with integrity that you can trust! I should have given this yelp review ages ago but I'm rather a computer dinosaur so only just today became registered on Yelp. So just saying, you can't go wrong with Gail Darracq and NCPPM.

While I'm originally from San Diego, I'm unfamiliar with the real estate market other than looking at properties on Zillow. While talking to a childhood friend, she recommended her realtor Erin and gave me her number. It felt too intrusive to call her personal cellphone so I decided to go to her website to learn more about her and ultimately decided to call the general number. Well, guess who answered?! lol Erin. I had to mute the phone shortly after she answered because I was awkwardly giggling to myself like a crazy person. I guess I just figured someone from her team would answer so it's funny I ended up talking to her anyway. We had a nice conversation. While I had many questions, she patiently answered them all. She offered locations to consider in my price range, townhomes and single family homes and places that don't charge an HOA. I thought HOA's were only on condo's, derp. Erin demonstrated to me that she's more interested in the relationship than the transaction and I respect that. We went ahead and scheduled an appointment at her office next week so she can help me with planning.

Despite this, Robyn Goodkind (virtually) took us through, in immaculate detail, each of the homes that we were interested, as well as proposed lovely options tailored to our family's budget, wants, and needs. Each house she toured with us she set out pros and cons of cost-to-value, location, and any architectural nuances. She was more than open to discussion and feedback given some of the unorthodox interests and pets we have. She helped us pursue some houses that she advised caution against, and when it didn't work out, where "I told you so" would have been apropos, she was ever graceful and helped us to pivot and rebound quickly! Ultimately, the house that she recommended highest was the one we decided upon; however, once the paperwork was signed (remotely), when most folks cut ties and run, she was just getting started. She went through great lengths after closing to ensure that the house was move-in-ready. Now, having unpacked and settled for a short while, we are ready to take on our next chapter, and we owe it, sincerely, to Robyn. Thank you Robyn!! ( o o )
