I received a call from another RE eBroker agent, whom I do not know, Melissa of the San Luis Obispo area. She got my name from RE eBroker. We had a nice talk about our brokerage, among other things. One of the positives we talked about is how supportive and responsive the RE eBroker Group team is. I just closed a transaction with KB Homes (Andi Pennington, who I could write a separate positive review about) and I received a very uplifting compliment from them, regarding my professionalism. The RE eBroker format allows us agents, to do our work independently and efficiently. Melissa also expressed this. Compliments in the business of real estate do not come all that often, it has been nice to receive a lot of positive feedback lately. My goal is to keep that positive trend going. I attribute part of that positive feedback to RE eBroker, their support, and systems. I just reviewed my RE eBroker sign-on paperwork and time flies, I have been with RE eBroker for over 10 years. Brian must own this realty business. Either that or he's the owner's relative because that's the…read moreonly way he could possibly keep his job. How rude!! I simply called to inquire about a home for sale in the area. Just like another review I read, all he could do is talk over me. He just kept asking if I was an agent and if I had an agent and what my name is. Over and over and over again even though I had answered him several times. The fact of the matter is that the house in question has been foreclosed. Brian and company will not make much money on it, hence why he has little interest in selling it. Also someone (I was told the past owner of the house or was it someone who knew the house was empty/foreclosed - a banker? a realtor?) has ransacked the house and taken anything of any value including the antique front gate. And now a bunch of people who may or may not have jobs have moved in. They have a poor pit bull that they let run wild and crosses Rosecrans Street and will eventually get killed by a car. I sure hope they are paying rent. Someone told me they were squatters. Maybe all of the sleazy stuff mentioned above is why Brian didn't want to answer my questions. I wonder, did Richard Realty rent to these people? Or does Richard Realty even know that they are living there? Or does Richard Realty even care? My money is on the last. Minimally Richard Realty should be able to handle taking calls and answering questions. Since they cannot even handle that I find it hard to believe they would be able to handle anything more. There are too many good agents in San Diego to put your money on these guys. DON'T DO IT !!

I referred one of my best friends to Tom because he was having a hard time finding a house that fit his budget and his needs on his own. From the time that I introduced them to the time that I received news my friend had closed on his home was two months. My friend is not an easy person to please, so I know Tom had his hands full throughout the process. I had never seen my friend so happy, nor him so grateful to Tom and myself for recommending him. After this performance, I have recommended Tom to another friend of mine who is looking to purchase a home. If you are looking for a home in the North County area, give Tom at Richard Realty group a call.

Serri was an absolutely exceptional real estate agent, and we can't recommend her and her partner…read moreGeorge highly enough. We hired Serri to sell our five-acre property with an exceptional panoramic view, our beloved home, and from the very first walkthrough she was extremely professional and thorough. She inspected every bit of the home and grounds and immediately knew how to position it to meet our specific goal: a quick sale, at a strong price, with no lingering on the market and no price reductions. A previous agent had pitched our home as a retirement property, which never sat right with us. Serri saw it exactly as we did, as a family home, and priced and marketed it accordingly. She brought in her own staging team, photographer, and videographer (including drone footage), and recommended a handful of relatively small, inexpensive updates, including a fresh paint job. The return on those modest changes was remarkable. They made a huge difference in how the home showed and clearly helped drive up buyer interest and the final sale price. Serri and George held a single open house that brought in over 100 visitors, and within 48 hours we had two offers above our asking price, from a family with young children and another who was ready to start one. Both could clearly picture themselves living there. Serri and George managed every step of the process with great care and skill. We were also in the middle of an international move at the time, which made everything more stressful, and Serri and George took every worry off our plate. Whether you're buying, selling, or just need solid advice, Serri and George are fantastic, and we recommend them without hesitation.

While I'm originally from San Diego, I'm unfamiliar with the real estate market other than looking at properties on Zillow. While talking to a childhood friend, she recommended her realtor Erin and gave me her number. It felt too intrusive to call her personal cellphone so I decided to go to her website to learn more about her and ultimately decided to call the general number. Well, guess who answered?! lol Erin. I had to mute the phone shortly after she answered because I was awkwardly giggling to myself like a crazy person. I guess I just figured someone from her team would answer so it's funny I ended up talking to her anyway. We had a nice conversation. While I had many questions, she patiently answered them all. She offered locations to consider in my price range, townhomes and single family homes and places that don't charge an HOA. I thought HOA's were only on condo's, derp. Erin demonstrated to me that she's more interested in the relationship than the transaction and I respect that. We went ahead and scheduled an appointment at her office next week so she can help me with planning.

It was time for my mom to finally downsize to a home which would be more manageable; square footage to yard maintenance; for someone in their 80's. Therefore, I searched Yelp and after viewing the realtors on Yelp, Erin Wade stood out even before I read her reviews. I called Erin and set up a meet and greet with my mom and husband to discuss options for selling and buying a home in the area. From starting to finish, Erin was friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make the entire process smooth, stress-free and successful for my mom who has never had to deal with selling and buying a home for over 30+ years. Erin is incredibly knowledgeable about the market, communication was always clear and timely, and she responded to all texts and/or emails in a timely matter even while out of town for family event. If it just so happened Erin was not available, she assigned someone from her team to cover in her absence. Erin made sure we were kept in the loop on any information about the property my mom was selling and the one she was purchasing. Erin really catered to my mom's needs and to my husband and my expectations during the process. Overall, Erin made us feel we were the only customer even though we know that is not true. We; my mom, husband and I, are grateful to have found Erin Wade and her team to help my mom sell her home and find her forever home. If you are looking for a great, reliable, friendly and knowledgeable Realtor. Erin Wade is that Realtor. I will definitely call Erin Wade when I am in the market to sell my home.

He stays on top of current market conditions, understands what it takes to position a property for success, and knows how to navigate the process to get a deal across the finish line. Without his guidance and strategic approach, I'm sure our townhome could have sat on the market for months without receiving any offers. At the same time, JR patiently guided and educated us through the process of finding our next home. He helped us better understand what we truly wanted in a home, explored different areas throughout North County that would fit our family's needs, and taught us what to look for in a property--down to the little details we would never have thought to consider ourselves (yes, even rain gutters!). His mentorship, insight, and thoughtful guidance gave us the confidence to make informed decisions and ultimately find the perfect home for our family. What makes this experience especially meaningful is knowing that JR helped us find more than just a house. He helped us find the home where we'll raise our children, build our lives, and create the cherished family memories we'll treasure for years to come. That means more to us than words can express. We couldn't be happier to have had JR and his team of true professionals by our side through both the sale of our townhome and the purchase of our forever home. JR's communication, collaboration, attention to detail, and genuine commitment to our best interests made all the difference throughout the entire process. "Thank you" doesn't even begin to cut it. We are forever grateful to JR and his team and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
