From the first time we met with her, we were impressed with her knowledge of the area and home sales in Escondido. She was very informative, we learned some history and information about the house that I don't think even my parents knew while living there for 40 years. I live out of state and Susan was very accommodating with meeting during my trips down and then arranging electronic signing for all the documentation required during the whole process. She made appointments for inspections to fit my schedule and made good recommendations for estate sale services. Communications were excellent; Susan got back to me very quickly and was available for questions during the document signing phase. Although we did not have a strict timetable for the sale, it sold well within the time I hoped for. My brother and I felt we were good hands as soon as we asked her to be our agent, and both of us are very pleased with her work for us. I highly recommend Susan for home sales in the Escondido area. Thanks Susan.

I have lived in this community for over 6 months and I figured it was time for a real update about…read moreour experience! This is hands down THE BEST housing on Camp Pendleton!! Starting with the housing office ladies! Tina and Daisy are so nice, welcoming, helpful and knowledgeable when ever our family has a question! We also stop by the housing office to say hi and are always greeted with a smile and a "what can we do for you guys today!" Next is Maintenance! The turn around time for any issue to be fixed has been less than 48 hours. We've never had any crazy issue other than a stove shorting out and we had a new one that same day. Our garage had come undone from the track and they have fixed the issue temporarily while we are waiting for new parts and a panel. And then we had some interesting caulking that was oddly discolored and they came out and replaced it. The They I'm referring to?? His name is Angel! Angel is absolutely fantastic at what he does. He's reliable, detail-oriented, and always goes above and beyond to make sure everything is done right. It's clear he takes pride in his work, and it shows every time. One more maintenance guy who has come into my house and fixed my fan recently! His name is Israel! He has consistently done excellent work and is very dependable. He pays close attention to detail and completes every task with care and professionalism. We couldn't ask for a better maintenance technician! And a better HUNT CREW!!

I would not recommend Central Deluz Housing based on my experience as a resident…read more A significant concern is the cost relative to the quality of living. The full BAH is collected, yet basic amenities and functionality fall short of expectations. For example, there is no dedicated laundry space, requiring laundry to be done in the kitchen, which is highly inconvenient. The patio area is also in poor condition and does not feel safe or suitable for families with children. Maintenance and upkeep have been ongoing issues. Shortly after moving in, the home was not adequately cleaned, and several fixtures were already in poor condition. A ceiling fan fell from the ceiling, and maintenance acknowledged it had not been installed properly. Despite this, repairs throughout the home were often incomplete or ineffective, with recurring issues such as clogged drains and broken fixtures. There are also several design and structural concerns. The bathroom door cannot fully open due to its proximity to the toilet, and the kitchen layout allows the refrigerator and sink cabinets to open into each other, making daily use difficult. Additionally, the living room blinds do not close properly, creating a lack of privacy unless additional coverings are installed. Exterior maintenance and safety are also lacking. The front screen door was never properly repaired and frequently broke. Sidewalk areas are often unclean, with pet waste left unattended. When concerns about safety were raised with the housing office, the response from leadership was dismissive, stating that tenant safety was not their responsibility, which is deeply concerning. Overall, the condition of the property, lack of proper maintenance, and poor response to resident concerns make this a place I cannot recommend.

She was responsive and replying to me. She had a limited amount of time to show the property. It was all last minute so I wasn't able to go that same day (I live about 30-35 min away). I called her later that same afternoon to get more information on the unit. She was SO rude! She first asked my desired move in date, which was about a month out, and she said that wouldn't work. I asked her if somebody could show us the property because maybe we'd move in sooner if we fell in love with it, and she said "she'd try" in a real snarky tone. She lives in La Jolla so it was too far for her to drive to during the week. I asked her if we could come the following weekend and she said, "if it's still available." Then she asked where my boyfriend and I live, and made a rude noise after I told her. I told her I worked in Escondido and she said "well carlsbad is too far then." Uhm thanks for your input Eileen, but 1. I didn't ask you, and 2. It adds 10 min to my commute. Lost of interest right away. She said she'd have someone from her team "maybe" contact me to show me the unit. Well guess what, 2 weeks later and it's STILL on the market. Your loss, Eileen! You are a terrible agent.

I was supposed to look at a home they had up for rent. Eilene was super rude on the phone. I then had to cancel due to a work meeting. Even though Eilene was going to be at the house anyhow for a showing with another potential tenant, she sent me a rude passive aggressive email that I inconvenienced her. LOL. She was already going there! I replied letting her know I had an emergency. She continued to send me emails about what a great "million dollar" real estate agent she was, how I must clearly not be "successful", and took no responsibility for her actions. I'm pasting copies of the emails - they speak for themselves. I contacted her manager to get the old lady to stop, but Loree appears to be no better. Too bad. Classless.

The true value of a real estate agent does not come to light when everything goes swimmingly, as…read morehappened in the past year or so in San Diego. People were outbidding each other for properties. Values went sky high. Buyers were willing to take anything and everything. Anyone can sell a property when that happens. The real value comes to play when things go a bit off-track, as happened with us. And it was then that Casey Cooke showed himself to be a consummate real estate professional. He had to, and did, deal with an extremely difficult and incompetent agent on the other side of the transaction. He guided us through the pricing of our home, always with an eye toward obtaining the most return, but was equally well grounded in what the position of the market was at that moment. His conclusions were rock solid. We have seen few people as well informed as he. When things became difficult, Casey solved problems. He stood up for us when unreasonable demands were made, and forcefully supported our position, taking the effort to back up his statements with market-based facts. Casey Cooke is utterly professional. We couldn't have done better in choosing him to sell our home for us. We cannot recommend him highly enough.
