The office (MAs) are terrible at returning calls when you get ahold of them on the phone. I have called several times in regards to a dr note for my child. Each time they say they will give the note to the dr and call back. I try not to be that annoying parent and give them a week cause I know they are busy. I call back and each time they have someone lying and said they left a voice mail to call back. There is no voicemail. I only have my one phone and voicemail to keep track of - why lie and say you left me a voicemail when you didn't??? The only time they do call back is if I leave a voicemail on their answering machine asking for a status and I get a message back saying to call. I call and then get told that they left me a voicemail to follow up with their Citrus Heights office. Really??? No voicemail!!! Why lie!!! I am beyond pissed as the current note is now expired and the dr is on vacation for a couple weeks and we can't get into Shriners Hospital until January 16th. I would gladly come work for them and properly call people back for them and correctly notate it .

The only issue I ever had was with the office and being able to schedule my sons when they are sick since COVID started. I never understood why I was never able to just make an appnt for my sons to be seen when they were sick and having to wait for a call back to be scheduled. There have a been a couple of times I would patiently wait for hours to get that call, and when I did I would be lucky if I could get in the same day. A couple months ago I finally had enough of dealing with that process and had to resort to taking my son to urgent care when he was really sick because I did not want to have to wait for a call back to be scheduled for an appnt, not knowing if my son would be able to be seen in a timely manner. Fast forward to today..... Called Dr. Harts office around 2:00pm and was actually able to schedule an appnt without waiting for a call back!!!! There was no provider available to see my son at the Citrus Heights office but was offered a virtual visit over Zoom with another provider from another clinic (something else that is new as I have never been offered to schedule with another clinic for these urgent concerns). Was able to see the provider by 5:15pm and have my son prescribed Zofran to help him be able to keep food and liquid down. Was also given great homecare advice to keep him from getting dehydrated, and out of the ER. If it wasn't for this amazing change I may have had to take my son to urgent care with an emisis bag to get him the help he needed ASAP, possibly exposing all those people to COVID (yes, he tested positive). THANK YOU Dignity, and Dr. Hart's office for improving the process of scheduling for your patients. I am one happy Mama!

Her demeanor changed thereafter, and at one point when I brought my daughters in to be tested for strep (because regular cases of strep were part of our lives back then), she was rough with the testing and was rude to me. She told me at one point, "Well I wouldn't bring my child in for testing with those symptoms". Well, Dr. Jain, that is because you are a medical doctor and I am not. I switched soon after and never went back. Do not recommend, because you should not have to rate financially in her book to be treated with respect. Glad I finally got to leave this review.

Dr Jain is very thorough, kind, and knowledgeable and took our concerns seriously and gave appropriate referrals. And she was great in engaging with our daughter. Typically is very prompt, with the exceptional delay making you wait, she will greatly apologize. My husband is a medical doctor and his approval of her says a lot.
