A Life-Changing Experience with Dr. O'Connor…read more I have been a patient of Dr. O'Connor for many years, but I recently experienced firsthand why his specialization in back pain is so legendary. After a simple move--picking up a pair of pants--my back went out completely. I was in excruciating, incapacitating pain. While sitting offered some relief, the transition to standing was unbearable; it felt like my whole back was lighting up. I reached out to Dr. O'Connor, and he got me in quickly. Using his years of experience and specialized tools, he worked on my back--bending, twisting, and carefully adjusting my spine. After about an hour of his targeted treatment, the pain was simply gone. It was absolutely amazing. This isn't the first time he's saved me, but this lower back incident was the most severe. If you are suffering, you don't need to rely on painkillers or live in misery. Dr. O'Connor has a plan for relief. He is a true blessing, and I cannot recommend him highly enough!

I did extensive research to find the right doctor and was very positive and excited to have our children seen by her. It, unfortunately, was not a good fit for us. I had just had my second baby and really wanted information on vaccinations, vitamins, etc. before administering to my newborn and I feel that most, if not all, of our questions were met with judgement. Education is really important to me and I want to be able to have a conversation about my kids' healthcare without feeling like I'm being judged or doing the wrong thing in trying to educate myself. Dr. Baidwan's demeanor grew increasingly annoyed or frustrated when I asked questions, and the information she provided usually entailed what seemed like fear mongering printouts instead of pros, cons, potential side effects, ingredients, etc. We ultimately found a great doctor that has open conversations with us, is always happy to educate, and answers all our questions with care, concern, and respect- not judgment and annoyance.

Upon arrival, we were greeted and checked-in by the staff at the front desk, who seemed friendly enough. Since we arrived quite early, we had a little wait before being called back to be seen. We are pleased by the overall quality of care that our daughter received here. The medical assistant and nurse practitioner who saw our little one were friendly and excellent with our daughter. The nurse practitioner was knowledgable on the various illnesses currently going around and prescribed the appropriate medication for her. Overall, we are thankful that there are walk-in care options when primary care physicians do not have any availability for that given week. However, walk in care unfortunately does not see all types of patient complaints. If you have a sick child, this is definitely a viable option though.

I brought my 2 year old here and I could tell that the provider doesn't typically see little ones from the way they did their exam. I guess ultimately I got what I wanted and the wait wasn't long due to only a few people waiting. I think Northbay urgent care might be better but more busy.
