The Doctors: Some listen and take their time and some try to get out you out of the office asap (I've experienced this when bringing my mother to some of her appointments). I get it, they are busy and problems can become routine for them, but really? Settle down Doc. We waited for you over 45min, give us at least 20min and our co-pays worth. Also from my experience as an advocate for myself/mother: SPEAK UP. GET SECOND OPINIONS. If there is a particular Doctor or Surgeon you want, fight for it-don't let the staff that schedule them dictate who you will see. It's your healthcare. You are paying for it. You decide. The phone system is a joke. The portal is defective, and many of the staff uncaring, ignorant, or just plain rude. They claim to have Patient Advocates, but they are simply there to say no! They do not admit when they are wrong, or mistaken, instead they turn the issue around and blame you! This is wrong and unethical to say the least, and immoral, in my opinion. Stop threatening me!!

Things have gotten much better the last 2 years. I have a…read morefantastic Doctor (Ami Sandhu) who is nice and actually cares about my health. Scheduling appointments has been better, but the doctors are so busy, that it can take several months to be seen. The billing department is still a mess. They code things wrong, then we get notices from our insurance that we owe money. We tell them that we have met our yearly deductibles. After numerous calls, we still cannot get them to fix the issue. They say to call the insurance co, that it is their fault, our insurance says to call Dignity, it is their fault. Talk about mass confusion and lack of know what the heck you are doing! They are the king of that department! If it wasn't for the billing department, I would give more stars.
