That always spells trouble. There are too many landscapers who want business. So I'll never call them or visit their nursery ever again. My wife and I visited this location back in February/March to purchase spring/summer flowers and get a quote for a large landscaping project, along with some recommendations. We spoke with a staff member about flowers suited for full sunlight. One of the recommended flowers is still thriving in October, but the other didn't survive more than a month despite following the care instructions. for the landscaping quote, that's where the problems began. We were told by the same staff member to speak with someone else, who wrote down an "appointment" on a sticky note and supposedly entered it into the system. The appointment was scheduled for the end of May. My wife and I took the day off work for the quote, but no one showed up--nor did anyone call. A few days later, my wife called to ask what happened. A different staff member said the person responsible would call back that day or the next--but again, zero contact. Fast forward to October, and we've never heard a word from Todd's Nursery. We've since handled our landscaping project ourselves, likely at a lower cost, and honestly, after witnessing their incompetence, we're glad we did. If this is how they handle quotes, we can only imagine how poor the actual service and timing would have been. Bottom line: complete lack of customer service, consideration, and professionalism. Don't waste your time requesting quotes from Todd's Nursery--look elsewhere for companies that value their customers and actually want to do business.

Ed, Felipe and the team did an excellent job on my retaining wall with stairs on a sloped back…read moreyard. The result was beautiful work, better than I could hope for at a reasonable price. It was obvious that they are experienced professionals, and they took great care in making sure the wall was built correctly according to industry standards including creating a level stable gravel base, setting up the drainage, and perfectly straight lines of the wall on a sloped surface. They also included the planting, weed fabric and mulch below the wall and grass seed on top which made it low maintenance for me. It was easy to communicate with Ed. As a company they were very responsive to various questions I had before and during the process and their proposal provided detailed information about how the work would be done. They worked hard but also efficiently and got the prep work and wall completed in a week, including the removal of a very thick layer of ivy and groundcover before starting the building. They were also very nice people as a bonus! I would recommend them without hesitation.

My neighborhood loves it because honestly it looked like trash before, it was just rocks and weeds. I got a couple of estimates before Minh's, and one of them said they would not remove the rocks and weeds, and that they would just put soil over it. They charged almost triple as well. Another company said they could not remove the rocks and weeds. I was getting so desperate that I even put a sign out saying "free rocks, you haul" but nobody took them. Minh's Landscaping made my curb look BEAUTIFUL, so nice in fact that I have decided to start small remodels on the rest of the house, and we are going to stay there, because before I even wanted to move. I will be calling them to help me with several other projects when Spring comes around!
