They have gone out of their way to assist me with different services, such as opening / closing accounts, preparing paperwork for canceling checks, preparing wire transfers and even negotiating the best rates for high yield savings accounts. Maria Sevilla was able to match a rate that another financial institution offered. She went above and beyond what I expected! Luis was the manager for several years and he was the most efficient and courteous employee at this branch. Luis noticed a forged signature and called to notify us that it didn't match our other signatures on file. Not many banks can offer this type of attention to detail. This Rosmead Branch is the best.

The pick up hours on the DHL emails says they close at 4:30 PM but they were actually still open when I arrived at around 4:45 PM. The lady that helped me was so nice and patient. I read her my tracking number as she typed it into a tablet. She then checked my ID to verify and I was on my way with my package. The whole experience was very seamless and easy. DHL always requires signature so I think I will opt to have my packages delivered to this locker location more often. Service was impeccable and I would definitely come back for any postal services. Shipping prices/stamps are also very reasonable. I think they also do notary here which is a plus. This location has a small parking lot attached but it was pretty empty when I came.
