I absolutely love everyone here. I've had my nails done by all of them and I've always been impressed. I have been coming here since February when work brought me to Ohio/PA, and being on night shift, they'll even open early for me. Sam does my nails and Jordan does my toes. I can't recommend them enough!!!!! I went in for a pedicure and Sam was AMAZING!!!! So friendly and personable and they look beautiful!! I came back for a manicure a couple days later and he already had my colors ready for me and as you can see it turned out so beautiful!!!!! i've gone here in the past w/ no complaints, & recently got my nails done w/ a full set (11/29/19). While the woman and her husband that work there are very very very friendly, I think they have been over-worked as its shown in the quality of the service provided. First, the salon is very outdated & in need of some serious updates in equipment & general appearance. The woman really does add her touch to keep things fresh in there (fresh plants/floral decor) which is appreciated. I know they can only do so much since they don't own this salon but run it for the owner (something along those lines). The sweet couple that work there are certainly burnt out since it is only them pumping through the incoming clients day in and out. Second, they are behind on trending services & over-charge for the ones they do offer. I originally gone in w/ intent of getting natural/white tip ombré or pink & whites to appear as natural as possible (relayed prior to getting my nails done;not told it couldn't be done there) As she proceeded w/ my nails I noticed regular acrylic being quickly applied to the entire tip & nail bed. I asked her about this, "do you use white acrylic here or...?" which she told me no, they did not - they paint the white tip on (i don't like the appearance of painted french manicures & always got white tips or pink&whites). At this point she was wrapping up my right hands acrylic application. No ombré/dip of any kind (gel polish only). At this point I was committed, under a time restraint, & changed my entire vision. I ended up w/ medium/dark gel cat eye polish (hoping to disguise any blemishes). Third, I had to request for my nails to be filed more on the sides as the acrylic was on my skin. She filed it quickly, & moved on. I wasn't going to nit-pick at this point. I had my nails done religiously in the past, & my acrylic layer was always thicker than store bought glue on nail thickness. I pointed that out & asked for them to be thicker...I didn't want them snapping at work. She told me it wasnt going to look good & the gel would add thickness (not as much as she made it seem). Later that evening getting ready for work, strands of my hair were getting stuck between the nail (acrylic is lapped over my cuticles on my skin). lastly, i was charged $55 for this. i decided 10 mins into this visit that it wasn't worth pushing anything. i was short on time, & had my son w/ me. I had no time to redo anything & doubted they'd turn out better. I chalked this up to a life lesson & will be going to get these fixed elsewhere. read more

I'm not sure why I keep giving this place a 2nd 3rd etc changes I been coming here for over 4 yrs some times i get okay service. my last time wasn't happy at all My Nail tech which i never get a name was an older small gentle man. I asked for a certain color pretty simple color. however they claim they didn't have it which i find in possible because they have 1000 of colors but whatever I just picked a different color my pedi was awful looked it was done by a 1st grader. on a few of my toes were small cuts which i didn't realize till i went and had them redone at another salon near by Mani i was given wasn't to bad. but after the lousy service and being over charged I'm not going back.. read more

I love Tina, Jordan, and Jess. They work hard to make your nails look nice and are just such sweet people. My nails look horrible . Didn't care how service was bad . Been there twice will not go back

my nails looked awful. the guy who works there had left my nails bumpy and uneven. none of the nails are the same length or shape and the tips weren't sized correctly to the point where they were lifting not even 15 minutes after i had left. he charged me an extra 10 dollars with no explanation. he even cut my finger and i left bleeding. not worth my time nor money. I had also asked for a design and he never did it. read more

I went in for a gel manicure and a regular pedicure. The man who did my pedicure did a fine job and was very friendly. The woman however that did my manicure didn't do a great job. She didn't soak my fingers or cut my cuticles. She simply filed down my nails and painted them. That's it! I don't see myself coming back for a manicure but may consider for just the pedicure. read more

Been in this nail salon a few times. I found the service to be good. The man tries to talk to you. They seem to be clean.

Great service, friendly and professional. My nails look great and they didn't file them down too far, which is easy because my nails are short to begin with. All in all I'm very happy with my service and will he going back. read more

I did not appreciate the service. Did not get a full manicure, where they polish your hands as well as your nails. And the gel nail set I has done (French manicure) did not last more than 1/2 hour... It chipped,cracked and was pretty much off by nights end. read more

I recently relocated here from Washington state and needed a foot treatment very badly. Chose this salon and literally threw away 32.00. First off my feet soaked in plain water ten minutes before clipping and filing. Then straight to the polish. I literally paid 32.00 to have my nails clipped and painted. I am trying to adjust to this area and hope this is not the standard I have to look forward too. read more

This place was horrible. I have never went to a place and absolutely hated everything about my nails but this place is just bad. My nails were crooked they weren't put on right and they weren't even painted right. The paint isn't even on my nails it's on the sides. The design is so messed up its unbelievable. And not to mention when she was doing it she didn't even care about what she was doing. She chipped them and she wasn't even paying attention to what she was doing. I will never go here again. I wouldn't even give them one star. It cost 30 dollars for this? read more
