Now that I got that out of the way, the owner is so so friendly. We had a Turkish coffee while deciding on which Turkish delights we would have. All of them were really good and I can't wait to go back for more. I thought the box would last us a week but it was barely half full by the time we made it home! It's such a pleasant experience and there is so much to learn if you haven't had any of these treats or the coffee (and how it's made) that it is worth the visit just for this, and the interaction with the owner, of course!

The steak was tasty and flavorful, but the jambalaya continues to be one of my Cooper's Hawk favorites. We also tried a red wine flight and Prosecco, and finished with crème brûlée. They were all pretty good and rounded out an enjoyable evening. Our server was friendly and attentive - drinks arrived on time, she checked back on our food, and did it all with a smile. The only downside was that she did not seem to have too much knowledge about the drinks. Would I return to the Burr Ridge location? Absolutely, but that's almost beside the point.
