All of this for a very fair price for a big dog like mine. I remember calling multiple groomers and asking how much it would cost for teeth, nails, grooming and Canine Kingdom was had a great price. I usually take my dog 3-4 times a year and I always just cold call and I've never had to wait more than a week. Which is another thing I noticed with other groomers. I had called a couple other ones and it was a very long wait or they said they aren't taking any new customers. But yeah, for the price(which has stayed exactly the same) and how well they trim and clip and clean his teeth Canine Kingdom is my goto groomer. Every time I take Murry I drop him off. They usually call me within 1-2 hours and he comes out smelling and looking great! Especially his teeth/breath he definitely struggles with some stinky breath as he's gotten older! Price-10/10 Scheduling-10/10 Staff-10/10 As far as their kenneling and daycare goes, I do not know. If I go out of town, Murry always stays with my dad.

I shopped in this store to purchase products for my cat, but I also walked through the entire store to evaluate their products for other animals. The shelves appeared to be fully stocked with products. Some of my cat's favorite flavors of wet food were in stock, and their prices were typical. Her dry food was also in stock but was priced higher than Chewy. Black Friday deals were being held, such as BOGO 50% off of cat litters. The fish tanks looked clean. Furthermore, this PetSmart offers services such as adoptions, a veterinarian, dog-training, and dog and cat grooming. I did not use these services, but I did look into them. The adoption center contained mostly empty cages, and I saw only one scared cat sleeping in its litter box. I hope that this cat gets adopted soon into a loving home.

The dogs are on camera for the most part when the staff are there and i sense no stress from either my french bulldog or weimaraner. i recommend paying for some of the extras , like individual play time and walks as well as the going home bath to get that kennel stink off. We called on day two to discuss some issues, mainly why our dogs were crated at 11a and why they were being fed in their locked crates with the water bowl out of their reach and no potty break after eating. We were told by Scarlett that our concerns would be noted but she "couldn't promise they would be taken seriously". I asked if a manager could call us back to discuss and that call came 24 hours after we picked our dogs up. I called multiple times during the 7 days and it went straight to VM with no return call. Our pug lost nearly 3 pounds while she was there. I wrote the GM a very lengthy email with no response after a week. Today I called the Dept of Agriculture (who oversees dog day care). I have attached photos of my dogs at various times of the day, locked in their crates. Additionally, I saw no human interaction with my dogs or any dogs in the play rooms any of the dozens of times I checked in via the cameras. I would like to know why my dogs were kept in locked crates for the majority of the day - I agreed they could be crated at night, because they are at home. I let them know that I would be picking them up at 10a - they were supposed to be bathed before we picked them up and they weren't. Their bedding was filthy and had been soiled. We weren't given a copy receipt and our card had to be run twice because they couldn't figure out how to add both dogs to one invoice.
