DO NOT GO HERE!!! First off Dr Patel is HAPPY to tell you, that you need various things done to your mouth when you clearly do not need them! The office doesn't refund you, they keep your money until you complain and tell them you will take the appropriate legal action! I was there 2-3 months ago for tooth pain, he barely did a thing and was in a hurry to move on to the next patient, so he's like give it 7-14 days for the pain to go away uh REALLY? That was unacceptable. Then proceeds to look at my gums and after 3 minutes, he's like you have beginning gum disease and I think to myself, the hell I do lol and tell me I need a deep cleaning which by the way is EXPENSIVE!! And you have to put a $100 deposit, some gal said if you cancel at last min/day before they keep that deposit, so I knew I didn't need that cleaning and canceled like 2 weeks in advance and they never refunded our money until Jan 2025, when I contacted them to complain. We finally got out $100 deposit back this month Jan 2025, my tooth pain hardly went away, I contacted this office several times and NO RESPONSE!! Mean time my husband who was in the waiting room, also heard Dr Patel saying to least a few other patients, you need a deep cleaning. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!! I am going to give this clinic a few more tries to see if things line up according to expectations and dental practice. I don't like having to start over as a new patient anywhere and one never knows if things would go well at a new place or not. I think establishing relationships and making an effort to get to know their staff and give them a chance to get to know me may work better. I will NOT be returning to Killian dentistry. I first went to them in January and they did a full x-ray panel and then scheduled me to have some cavities filled. The dentist who was doing my work kept disappearing, at one point I almost left because she was taking so long. When I got home from that visit, I found that two of my teeth were like glued together (I don't know how else to describe it), I couldn't even get floss in between the teeth. So I had to return to have it removed and re-filled and now it just looks awful and it's like a big pit in between my teeth from the tooth damage along with my gum being receded in that area. Today, I had a schedule for a cleaning. I went in and they were going to do x-ray (remember, I just had a full x-ray panel done in January. Every angle, every tooth). I told them that I just had x-rays done in January and that I'm pregnant. They told me that they wouldn't do my cleaning without x-rays. I'm pretty sure insurance only covers x-rays once a year (my mom has worked in the dental field for 30+ years). Also, the odds of my teeth shifting to the point of my previous x-rays not working is extremely unlikely. I understand them not doing x-rays, that is understandable and I agree; but to refuse a cleaning when I have recent x-rays is ridiculous. This is my 4th child and I have had cleanings every pregnancy without x-rays. There is no reason (other than them just wanting more money) that I should have been refused service. It was a waste of my time and the money I had to spend on a babysitter and gas to drive across town to see them. I will be seeking a new dentist and I DO NOT recommend this office for your dental care. read more

my experience with Killian Dentistry has been terrible, from day one. First off I had to have extractions done, the day of my oral surgery I was greeted by a horrible attitude from a front office receptionist, I was upset because I was having oral surgery and of course I was scared, this woman had the audacity to tell me that she "couldn't deal with me while I was upset". This same lady (white lady short hair burgundy hair) I have watched get rude with almost every patient coming into the office. Once the extractions were completed I found pieces of a tooth that was left inside my mouth. Once extractions were completed had to have plates, which do not fit, have never fit and the only half attempt they have made at making them "fit" was by putting some liner in them and I know this is normal, but not when the liner is coming off inside my mouth within hours causing me severe pain, I tell them all this and what is their answer? To cut off more of that liner making it even worse and more uncomfortable and rubbing my mouth raw! I told them that they are still big for my mouth and their reply to tht was "did I need some poligrip" Really?? Because I can go to Target for that. What I need from them is to do the right thing and fix their mistakes!!! My extractions were done August 11th and here it is September 14th and my mouth is still hurting like it did the first day. If not worse from the rubbing and the uneven liner. My mouth is not healing. They wave me off like it's no big deal. Definitely do not ever recommend this place to anyone ever!! read more

Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! I checked in at the front desk with someone named Brea (I believe was her name). She was extremely rude & unprofessional! As we were speaking she responded to me with "yeah". I said "excuse me yes". She responds with a condensing "yes". I am not your friend at home, this is a business & you don't tell people "yeah". I ain't your friend. I am a customer & a polite/ proper response is "yes" , "yes ma'am", "yes Mrs..." etc. She had absolutely no pleasantries. I teach my elementary age children pleasantries. However, she seemed to miss that childhood lesson of talking to people with courtesies. Moreover, I asked to speak with who's in charge & she turns & says to someone else "she wants to talk to you about my unprofessional attitude". I'm standing there like are you kidding me. Even after I tell you about yourself & that I don't appreciate the attitude, she continued on with the attitude! She was condescending & just plain rude! Word of advice: have employees who are professional and courteous who work at the front desk. The front desk staff is the first impression a customer sees when walking in. Therefore, a friendly/ professional staff is a must in a thriving business. I will never return to this place solely because of your horrible customer service! read more

Shambreka Johnson was Wonderful. She was very patient. I liked that she was vigilant about Hygiene. She accidentally dropped some part and quickly switched it out with a new clean part. She kept wiping my face (water ) with paper as she was cleaning my teeth. She explained stuff to me well. She was not at all rough in handling my teeth. She was considerate of the parts where I had sensitivity. I highly recommend Shambreka Johnson for great Dental Hygiene..! Dentist Sagar Patel had asked me to get grafting done and Killian Dentistry helped me and encouraged me to get an appointment with a Periodontist. Worst place I have ever been!!! Did root canal here 6 months ago and now started hurting again. The first time I called this lady answered and I told her my situations she said I can make an appointment again to see what is going on and I said Ok as long as they dont charge me again and I told her will not go back there for another root canal because I dont trust the guy anymore and if I can get the money they charged me in the first place., so I can go to different more proffesional dentist, She said she will let her manager know and she will give a call back but until now she hasnt call.. A few days ago I went into the Killian Dentistry, where I have been a client for the past 4 to 5yrs, to get me 6 month cleaning and check up. The front desk staff was as nice and professional as always, greeting me and engaging in conversation during my check in process. I request Mr. Brown to be my hygienist because he is always so professional and friendly with his clients. Well low and behold I was called back by a technician who did not greet me and did not explain what she was about to do before she started barking orders at me. I mentioned to her that I had requested Mr. Brown, her response was he is busy right now. So after the x-rays, she led me into a room, and began to floss my teeth, at this point I'm upset so I said to her again. I requested Mr. Brown and if he is busy, I'll wait or I'll reschedule. So about this Dr.Patel who is always up beat and so pleasant, came in a examined my teeth, then said to me that Mr. Brown will be right in for your cleaning. Mr.Brown came in and was the up beat professional that I know him to be. He also calmed me about the encounter with the technician. She really need another lesson in customer service. If you don't want to be there and give good service to the clients that keep the establishment running, you might want to find a new career. With that being said, I would definitely recommend this business to my friend. One bad apple shouldn't take away from the office, but it can if you don't fix it. 4 Star read more

My family and I have been looking for a dentist since we first moved here. When we went to Killian dentistry we never thought the experience would be AMAZING! The staff is so friendly and inviting. Completing your dental history is easy and not a bunch of papers to fill out. They are technologically advanced. The Dentist are real people and don't treat you like a patient. I really felt at home. I never thought I would want to go back but I do. The cleaning was great. Dr. Johnson walked me through the entire process. My wife and family loved it as well. She said that Jordan was great. I went for a first time exam and cleaning ($59 new patient special). The visit started out fine, but I was advised I needed a $900 deep cleaning rather than a regular cleaning. I do not have dental insurance. I was then told I could purchase their insurance. It began to feel like a scam. I literally had to continue insisting to several different team members that I did not want the deep cleaning and finally after I signed a release form they grudgingly said they would see if the regular hygienist had time to do it that day. (Although this was the purpose of my original appointment). The demeanor of every one I encountered changed after I refused the more expensive option. I plan to get a second opinion regarding needing a deep cleaning. However, I was very intimidated during the visit. I felt like their recommendations were not presented with care and concern, but as an agenda with much intimidation. I get the feeling this place makes a lot of money off dental insurance companies. Been attending office for months now and I love it! I drive all the way from out of state due to the comfort and professionalism that I receive from the staff. The lady's at the front are very helpful and explain each appointment in detail, current and upcoming. My most recent experience was with Bria, who was very knowledgeable. I am still in disbelief with the experience I had with the office manager here. She is absolutely the most unprofessional person I have ever met. I went in for an 11am appointment and after checking in the front desk receptionist told me that she was unable to locate my referral ( which I called two days prior and they confirmed that they had it). The manager got involved and started attacking me as if it was my fault they were unable to locate the documents that my dentist sent them three times. After waiting 30 minutes she magically found my referral but rudely told me that my dentist send the referral as a fax, she began to waive my xray for everyone to see and said loudly "WE DO NOT TAKE AN XRAY AS A FAX" This office really needs to take lessons in customer service, I have never felt so uncomfortable and mistreated as I did in this office. Also, side conversations are so loud, the whole time they were looking for my referral I can hear all the comments and remarks made about other patients. read more
