He looked into what type of battery was needed he purchased it and told me he was on his way to my home. He arrived, we BS'd for a few minutes, he removed the old/original battery, which would have been difficult for me to do, he put the new one in, tested all my equipment, took the old battery and was on his way. What a great experience and my first time using a mobile mechanic. I was able to get things done around the house, didn't have to find out where, when and what type of battery to buy, didn't have to drive to where the service was going to accomplish the task at hand, didn't have to wait impatiently at the service center, yada, yada, yada, all that other stuff we experience in those matters. When they were finished I asked why they charged 35, I was told well it's normally 45. I excepted that excuse and started to leave but checked my receipt and saw that they had charged me for an extra quart of oil. I went in the office and told the manager and was told he would call corporate and have them credit my card, by the end of the day it still wasn't credited back to my account, so I called the next day and was told the same thing, then the next day was told corporate was closed, and the same thing again on Monday. I left town for a while then drove straight to the business to be told I would have to wait until he was done with an oil change before he would even talk to me, after waiting for about 10 minutes I finally left as my time is just as valuable as theirs. So they have now lost all my business and I will tell everyone I know that they are not very good at resolving a simple refund issue to take care of their customers.
