Scam artists. Went there knowing I had a battery issue and to get an oil change. Get the car back with the same issues and everything on their "checklist" marked as Excellent Condition. When asked about the battery, they said they would have to have their actual mechanic look at it when he gets back in the next day. Also heard from several other mechanics who have worked their previously who said this place was a joke and a scam. I love to research for the best price in town on car expenses since you know, theyre usually ridiculously overpriced. I came across Goodyear and really enjoyed their online booking service and the way that it gave me an accurate price on my vehicle type. I showed up at 8 which was my time for the appointment per the online booking. It didnt appear to be super busy. I walk in and the guy at the register advised that the online booking isnt accurate and that I should always call in first (minus 1 star for that). Its not this location's fault, but WHY have an online booking service if its not going to be accurate? Goodyear needs to get on that ASAP. My experience was pleasant however. They did get me in at my time and had me out within the 2 hours that the service stated. The people were friendly and the facility is clean (and come on ladies, a place ran by men and its clean?! My husband ordered tires for my car, loaded them up in my car, and we drove up there together to drop off my car and have the tires put on. I waited in our other car for my husband to finish speaking with them and to fill out the necessary paperwork. I waited about 10 minutes. They told us that they could not put the tires on the same day, and that it would be 11am the next day. We agreed to that. However, 30 minutes later, they called us saying that they could not put the tires on and we had to find a way to go back pick up the car and it was a hassle. I did get an oil change there once and it was a decent job. It takes 45 minutes to an hour depending on how busy they are. read more

One week ago I make an oil change appointment. I show up per my time and I'm told that It's going to be 2+ hours as they're "behind". I decline and leave. Today, I make another oil change appointment. I show up 5 minutes early for my scheduled time. I'm informed that they don't have my appointment in the system. I then show my confirmation email showing my appointment details. I'm informed that it doesn't matter as they don't have it and the service will take 2-3 hours....What good is an appointment? I'll be taking my two vehicles and money elsewhere. I advise that you do the same. My time is valuable. read more

I drove up this location when I had a slow puncture. Waited at the counter for about 5 mins nobody came to talk to me. I then called the number on my iPhone map. The guy answered and I said "Is there anyone here who can can help me?" He said "What do you want?" I explained about my slow puncture, he said "you will have to come back tomorrow". Never again. I had bought many tires in the past. I will be moving on. The new tires, better tires, always go on the rear. They took off my good tires, left on my worn tires, and then put me at the rear of the line when they messed up. I can understand some things, but not leaving worn tires on a car while taking off very goods tires. If I had sent my daughter in there, she would not have caught their mistake, and would have driven off in less than a safe condition. The training has to be better than what it took to do that to my tires. read more

I recently moved to the area; where I am from, Goodyear always offers fair and honest service-I wish I could say that was the case at this location. On Sunday, my car was having issues starting. I called first thing Monday to see if they could fit me in if I had my car towed. When I called, I was reassured they had capacity to handle it. I had the car towed that morning and by that afternoon they told me I would need to have a $106 diagnostic test done to figure out the issue. I was told later that day that it was a crankshaft problem and would cost me upwards of $750. Because of my experiences with the company in the past, I figured I would move forward. On Wednesday afternoon, (after having my car for 3 days) I got a call that they needed a different key of mine to run the diagnostic test. (I had initially sent the car in with the Valet key) Imagine my surprise that they had my car for that long and not one thing had been done-not even the test! I called multiple other auto shops to get quotes-all were between 450-550. Why was I leaving my car here for an extended period of time AND overpaying? I went Wednesday evening to pick up my car (I had to pay nothing, because obviously nothing was done) and to my surprise, the car started smoothly-as if there was some good karma car God telling me to drive away and never be back. I'm very disappointed and Goodyear has lost a loyal customer. read more

Got an oil change and tire rotation. It takes these guys a little while to get everything done, but the cost more than makes up for it. An oil change at Jiffy Lube or similar place would cost around $90-$100 (I have a truck that recommends synthetic oil). Sure, they get you out in about 20 minutes, but there is no tire rotation. So I would have to go pay $25 somewhere else and wait another hour. Here, I got the oil change and tire rotation for $70 and waited about the same amount of time, 90 minutes. Same amount of time expended but saved $50. That's a win-win. read more

This was my second attempt to get my oil changed today. Made an appt online for 4 pm and when I got there I was told by the nice guy at the counter that my car couldn't be serviced today as they were closing in an hour and 50 min and he had two cars in the bay. Why have a system where your customers can setup an appt online if they're going to be told they can't be serviced upon entering the establishment? I don't understand this logic. Your customers time is valuable, fix this issue to show that you understand that concept. read more

Place is terrible. Two separate occasions they charged me for work they didn't do.

Service is terrible! Spent a significant amount of money getting tires on my truck and wife's car, new brakes and rotor on the truck, and an oil change on the truck. After having my truck all day, they did not turn the new rotor. Therefore, I had an abonoxious amount of vibration when I applied the brakes. After having an appointment for them to fix it, they failed to note the appointment and I had to leave my truck for another day (while I was supposed to be going out of town.) The last service on the vehicle was just as bad. After I saw them drive my truck out, I waited patiently for them to notify me it was finished. I was the only one waiting, so after several minutes, I politely walked up front to tell him I was ready to pay for my truck. Despite the fact that he wasn't doing anything else, he seemed like I was making him go out of his way. I will never go back to this location or any Goodyear for that matter. read more
