...an update to my review on July 16, 2026. Again, I can…read moreonly comment on customer service as I've still not hired them to do any work; this is just to add more details regarding my deep disappointment in communications with them. On the day of my original review post, I received a call from Mark. He hadn't seen my review, he was calling to follow up, asking if I've had my trees removed yet. we talked a bit with my explaining that we were still waiting for the updated/correct draft/estimate of the full work we wanted done. He said he'd come by, look at my property again and work on getting the estimate completed (I was hopeful); however, shortly after my conversation with Mark (same day), Karen called me, told me she read my review and didn't like it (imagine that) and asked what could be done to get it removed. There was no apology, nor any suggestions or offers on how to correct things! I told her we'd have to wait and see what Mark comes up with. a week later, on July 22, Mark calls me to say that he's come up with a plan that he thinks covers everything I wanted and will have it sent to me...still nothing, so I called Mark on July 28, left a voicemail asking about status. Here it is August 10th (2 months since initial visit) and all we have seen is the company doing work on a neighbor's home, the past week.

From the first contact with Todd I knew I was working with a person of integrity who took pride in his work. He was very communicative and clear about his schedule, pricing and the process of removal. I needed a few large trees in precarious places removed and many that needed pruning. We're especially thankful he did--because when the Dig Safe team arrived to mark the area, one of them smelled gas. She immediately contacted Liberty Utilities, and when they came to inspect, they discovered a leak in our furnace, which had been installed just three years ago. Liberty Utilities promptly shut off the gas, and we had a plumber come in to make the necessary repairs. Thankfully, everything was fixed and the gas was safely turned back on within four days. Huge thanks to Todd's Tree Service for following Dig Safe protocols. We can't imagine what might have happened if that leak had gone unnoticed. And we can't forget to mention--Todd, your team did an outstanding job with the tree and shrub removal, plus all the extra landscaping. Our yard looks absolutely amazing!
