I have a small child with me and she will cry if I leave her with a stranger ( she is 3 year old). The staff was so rigid in not allowing me to come to the back with her and we ended up had to walk away. I understand that there is a limit capacity because of Covid but come on, be realistic and wise handling this ( there was no one else in the waiting room, and their staff was very few). I don't even want to mention that they allow some staff's children running around in the back office. I am transferring all 3 of my children to another dentistry.

My previous dentist from North Decatur Dentistry ended up moving back to his hometown, so I had to…read morelook for another one as I had a chip in my tooth for a while that I've been neglecting. It's safe to say I found a great dentistry here. I was referred to this dentistry by my friend Fateemah, who knows the dentist at this practice, and also recommended her to my family as they preferred someone that spoke Spanish. My family said great things about the practice, so I decided to go for it. I called the office and was able to get an appointment very easily. I didn't know what exactly I needed done except for a cleaning, but the receptionist (sorry for not remembering your name) suggested for me to get X-rays taken, only if I knew when the last time it was done or if my insurance had records of it so that I knew it'd be covered by them. Luckily I had that information and knew it'd be covered. When I arrived, Nandi (spell check) was very sweet and professional when taking the X-rays, she made sure I was as comfortable as possible throughout the whole process. My cleaning was done by Jessica. Five stars just for the cleaning! She was very thorough with the cleaning, going the extra mile to explain what she was doing and informing me of things that can negatively affect one's oral health. She reminded me so much of Fateemah, as she too was thorough when she did my cleaning. Jessica gave me tips on what kind of ingredient to look for in toothpaste to ensure I take good care of my teeth. After the cleaning, I met with Dr. Febo-Cuello to discuss the X-rays taken. She gave me the bad news of cavities, but assured me it's not that major. She also was able to give me a referral to another doctor for an implant, as I never got around to getting one after my extraction. She gave me good news that the chipped tooth could be filled in instead of going straight for a root canal, so I was happy about that! I went to her again for the fillings and I gotta say it was painless! Once the procedure was done, she even told me of the slight possibility of needing a root canal, should I have sensitivity on one of the tooth she filled in, but again, reassured me that that shouldn't be the case. To summarize this essay, I can safely say I was recommended to a great practice. Dr. Febo-Cuello and her team are amazing and I appreciate the thoroughness they all exhibited during my visits. I highly recommend them to anyone!

I just moved to Duluth from Texas and I've been searching for a dentist around the area that is…read moregood. I've had the same dentist all my life in Texas, so it was very difficult to find one here that wasn't just trying to take my money. My last dentist advised me to get a crown put on a cracked tooth. I didn't have time to do that before the move, so I had to look for a dentist here. I went with Coast Dental since it's an In-Network-Provider with my insurance. I could tell from the moment I walked in that I was only seen as a dollar sign! I brought all of my x-rays and doctor's notes from my last dentist and they didn't even bother to look at it. They just wanted to take more x-rays(even though I had them the prior month) and get started on my crown. They didn't know anything about my previous dental history or even listen to me, but wanted to get started on my crown right away! You cannot trust an office that doesn't try to listen to their patients or look at their dental/medical history. I refused treatment with them and looked for another dentist. I go to Atlanta dental spa in Roswell now. It's is a little far from Duluth and more expensive, but at least they are good and listen to their patients. Stay away from Coast dental!

The staff even went beyond to work with my insurance to figure out how my coverage could go from 10% to 40% saving me over $1,000. Just a few months later I had an emergency after chipping a tooth the day before traveling and they got me in immediately, made me feel so much better after the stress and fear of what it'd look like and how long it would last. You can't even tell that I chipped my tooth and I am so grateful they made time for me the minute I called them. I am incredibly thankful to have found them and will continue to travel far to be treated by this team.
