    Don't expect much. The waiting room has 3 adult chairs, 2 benches for kiddies to sit at, and some…read morebooks for them to read. I could not find toys for the kiddies to play with. You will notice signs posted through out the office and in the patient rooms "no cell phones, not iPads, no tables" and ask you to keep them turned off during your visit. HOWEVER, all but 1 staff person and the doctor where on their phones. Upon arrival, the person working the front desk was not using her phone and was friendly. The person who took my son's vital signs had to put her phone down.....and we followed her into the room. She was friendly and my son liked her. While waiting on the doctor, there were no toys in the room, but 3 kiddie books. The doctor who came into the room to check out my son WAS SUPER! The person who was at the "check out desk" made us wait while she texted on her phone, then she proceeded to talk to another employee about a patient whose daddy slapped the mother and how she would divorce the daddy if that was her. Seriously? I had to wait for her to finish her texting (5 minutes) then had to wait for her to talk about another patients "personal business". I left. Let's just say, I'm looking for another place. If you have a "no phone/tablet" rule for patients, your staff needs to abide by it too. And I don't wanna here about someone else's drama. I agree with the Jenn L.'s review, we didn't wait long in the waiting room after we checked in; less than 5 minutes. We waited 15 minutes for the doctor and I left waiting on the person at the check out window.

One of the ladies, Christina I believe, has gone as far as ignoring my question and pretending she didn't hear me...rolling her eyes and looking away to make it clear she wasn't going to even acknowledge me. Anytime I am forced to have any type of interaction with her she's nasty and I'm left upset and wanting to leave the office entirely. The other lady is okay, it really depends on the day. I have seen them be super nice and accommodating one minute and absolutely rude the next. This office would benefit-not only for those who work there-but I'd be way more inclined to refer people I know looking for an office worth traveling to, if the ladies who works the desk didn't make it clear they hate their life and hate you for inconveniencing them to lift a finger. Considering these women are the first faces you see when you walk through the door, it's time for an upgrade. UPDATE* We have been coming here for over a year now and when I'd don't think it could get any worse, it has. Again, the doctors are great. SAMANTHA IS THE ONLY REASON I HAVE STAYED. However, the front desk staff have yet to make any changes. I even had an issue with scheduling TWICE because they kept making mistakes about how many well child visits I could have in one day (I have five kids) My husband took off an entire day of pay so he could help me bring all the kids to the doctor and they called less than 24 hours later saying they were rescheduling because of their "mistake" yet acted as if it was my fault. It just keeps getting better !!! They don't greet you. They NEVER speak to your children. They never smile. It's like torture for them and now for my family. I bring my kids up with manners and always teach them to be polite and gracious and these ladies are just so dang rude I'm embarrassed for them. I'm embarrassed for this practice. It's unfortunate I know they've lost business because of it. My mother had absolutely no idea I brought my kids here and in passing I mentioned it and she gasped in complete horror that I take my kids there (she deals with collections and has done plenty of business with this practice) she had nothing but horrible things to say about, you guessed it, the front staff. I just can't !

    It's the most useless urgent Care system I've ever encountered…read more When you need urgent Care, you need care .... urgently. When it's urgent, you aren't sitting around at your leisure, doing your research, looking at your schedule, making appointments, you're DRIVING to the URGENT care facility ... because its URGENT. So at best, you might have time to call while on the way, to make sure theyre open, verify location etc. But then you find out they dont take walk-ins and you MUST make an appointment...ONLINE. They can't do it over the phone ..even though you have RIGHT THERE on the freakin phone ...no, you MUST do it online. Only to discover that theres a freakin multi-page, multi-process application process with 15-20 or more little boxes you must fill out, all with info& instructions in TINY little print ... and remember, YOU'RE DRIVING because its freakin URGENT! WTF is the point of an "urgent care" facility that you cant go to with an URGENT situation? And seriously!? You already have them on the phone, they know it's urgent, but not only do you have to make a stupid appointment, they can't even do it when you're right there on the phone with them!!! What a joke! You know, this place would be a great spot to run an URGENT CARE facility ...instead of this worthless system designed to create dangerous driving conditions and drastically increase risk of serious accidents from distracted drivers already stressed due to the freakin URGENT situation they're dealing with.

Demanding to see my Medicare card which should not be carried around in my wallet ! The service provider Brittany and the nurse were incredibly helpful and polite super caring about my need's , however the receptionist needs to take a wellness day and stop coughing all over patients and get an attitude adjustment asap. I would not have BCBS healthy choice MEDICARE if I did not have Medicare ! Get informed and do better !
