She's quick to make referrals when necessary and is very prompt in responding to our concerns. But she especially shined recently, when my daughter had a medical emergency while we were traveling abroad. Dr Arora worked tirelessly late at night for hours to get us medication my daughter desperately needed but couldn't get abroad. Dr Arora's compassion for our plight and tenacity in getting a prescription through to a 24 hour pharmacy goes to show what a wonderful pediatrician she is. Roberson and Ram are wonderful people as well as educated doctors. Their staff is so helpful (when I've had to take the twins in by myself, their staff has helped me to my car). 1of my twins were sick this Christmas Eve and Dr. Roberson put her cooking on hold to open the office just for us. A few days later I had to take the twins in again for a recheck of their throats and Dr. Ram saw them. A few days later he called me to see how the twins were doing. Not sure where you can find this level of service anymore. I'm originally from NJ and I can tell you our pediatrician's office there NEVER called to check on my twins. Both Drs. Roberson and Ram take their time with you to answer ALL of your questions and explain everything to you in terms you can understand. Their bedside manner and sincere care for their patients shines through every time I bring my twins in to see them. There was so much for me to learn to help with his situation at that time. I feel that his success was due to their help for myself, as well as Christopher. He will be starting at JCC in August for computers classes, starting with certificates then will move forward in Cyber Security, coding and working towards his associate degree. He has some more medical issues he is being treated for, but Hannah got him referred to the best Dr for his issue and she follow up with us and his Dr. He sees Mr, Martin once a month and will continue until his age reaches 21. We trust Mr. Martin to refer him to someone that will support Christopher the way he has. This is long but I needed to share so that parents that have special needs would be in good hands. Then at the end of the visit to be told that if it gets any worse make sure to bring them back in. The office staff is horrible and completely useless. No customer service experience or just basic human compassion. Multiple times when calling to schedule an appointment they have told us just to come in now, then when we get there with the sick kids they tell us that we are past the cut off time of walk in's and that we would have to schedule an appointment, or wait to be seen but they can't give us an estimated wait time. This used to be a good practice when Dr. Fore, and Dr. Nickaba were there. Such a shame that is has gone down hill this much!

Not sure if it's greed but it's sad when a doctor's office keeps accepting new patients when there is no room for them. It's interfering with the care of established patients.
