Her customer service was truly amazing. We arrived when there were two birthday parties happening making the place a bit....busy. However, Sam made my small party of 3 feel welcomed & included. She took the time to explain everything clearly and kept the atmosphere fun. Although Sam was amazing, I also have to say that I was able to witness the other employees and how well they took care of the birthdays. They were patient, attentive, and genuinely seemed to care that every guest was having fun and felt included. It's rare to come across a whole team who puts that much effort and enthusiasm into their job, and it made our visit memorable. Thank you for the amazing service and positive attitude. Employees like this are a huge reason people want to come back. Highly recommend this place because of the exceptional staff!

They provided pizza and soda for the kids and they allow outside food. We brought chicken wings and chow mein from a Chinese restaurant. Staff was incredible and accommodating. They gave us our own party room that had three rows of benches and plenty of space. The laser tag was very fun and my son and his friends loved it! After cake and laser tag they gave each kid a game card for the arcade. Lots of parking and everything was easy. Skip chuckee cheese and come here for a wonderful birthday experience!

After a bit of confusion on entry (our receipt email simply showed the purchase, the person at the gate wanted a bar code - we just didn't get one included), we finally got in. To the left is pretty much all places to get some food/drink - to the right is where the fun is. We started with our granddaughter playing inside a lit up Christmas ornament (she's part Jewish, we may have broken some laws there), then she spent quite a bit of time running up and down a brightly lit "tunnel". They have a small train that toddlers will love, as well as a candy cane field perfect for pictures. Now, with the good, there's sometimes going to be not so good - and that would be while it's inexpensive to get into Winter Wonderland, once you're inside there are just flat out money grabs - some of these may be worth it to you, but just be aware that the entry fee is likely not your whole cost. I.e. you can rent an igloo (a somewhat racist term these days) for $800....for an hour. (but hey, it comes with a bottle of champagne) Also - there IS a Santa Claus available for pictures - very cool - and the "Santa" we had was simply awesome. An important note - the sign says "$20 for pictures with Santa" - that is for THEIR image (which is done quite professionally) - but if you want to take pictures of your kids on Santa's lap using your phone, there's not charge. Just something to keep in mind. Also, VERY cleverly hidden, just after where they've got Santa, there are restrooms, including an accessible one. Just go to the far back right of the lot to find them. Bottom line, this is great for toddlers and their family - for about an hour, maybe 90 minutes...it's a VERY small layout, and all involved will get tired of it quickly.

They had a few small food and drink stands, but the event was more hyped in the advertisements than it was in person. There was really nothing else for adults to do than drink and take a few photos, then leave. There was a free boat ride you could take, but the line was an hour and a half long....ridiculous. I don't think I'll come back next year.

A TALE OF TWO SISTERS ______________________________________…read more(...And The Enchanted 'Cado Seed) ONCE UPON A TIME, in a land far far away called California... there were 2 sisters named Anne and Mary Spriggins. They were spry, poor millennials living with a dairy cow and 2 iPhones in a farm cottage. The cow's milk was their only current #side-hustle. When dairy milk lost its market appeal to Almond; Soy; Cashew; Coconut; and Cat Milk, Anne asks Mary to sell the cow at the Mercado. On the way, Mary's Uber driver named Ben (along with ride-along: Jerry) offered 3 magic beans in exchange for the dairy cow, and Mary makes the trade. When she arrives home without any money, Anne becomes angry, throws the beans to the ground, and sends Mary to bed without her iPhone. During the night, the magic beans cause a gigantic beanstalk to grow outside Mary's window. The next morning... because duh... the girls climb the beanstalk to a place high in the sky. There, they find an enormous castle and sneak in to take some selfies [#pics or it didn't happen]. But Mary was #woke to a childhood tale about a scary Giant... cannibalism... and larceny gone wrong... so they overcome their #FOMO and climb back down the beanstalk as fast as they can. When they reach the ground, they cut down all but a 3-foot length of beanstalk with an axe. The next morning, giant avocados started blossoming from the remaining stalk, and the sisters called their avocado farmer friend Jason Mraz to help them harvest. Each time they picked one, a new one would grow. They could now have Avocado toast for life! YAAAAAS. Jason explained that the beans from the Uber driver were from the Hass Mother Tree of La Habra Heights -- and all Hass avocados trace their roots back to her. Mary and Anne decided that, if people would believe them... their story needed to be told. They asked Jason to narrate. He found some #lameAF "Captain and Tennille" cassette tapes, which he gladly recorded over. Next they bought all the green paint in 3 Home Depots and got to work. A pop-up museum was born, and the rest is history. Pro tip: this immersive seed-to-toast art experience features SoCal's finest bumpy-skinned fruit. Here, you can hear Jason tell the story, visit with Hass Mother, and bring home your own enchanted 'cado seeds. But hurry... it all ends Sept. 22. After that, your #FOMO struggle is real.

It was totally fun and doable for my friends who are not generally crafting people! The studio has great decorations and ambiance, Davina gave us glasses, glow in the dark hair clip, and a hat to take home with us. The final painting is so pretty and glows in the dark. When we first arrived, most of us needed to use the restroom (since there isn't one on the boat), and the girl working at check-in seemed a bit annoyed by that. However, once we got on the boat, she was totally fine and helpful. A few things to note: someone in your group does have to drive the boat, so plan ahead for that. You can bring your own 21+ drinks as long as they're not in glass containers, and you'll need to bring your own ice. Once you're out on the water, it's pretty lively with lots of other boats and people. We played our own music and just hung out--it was a really fun, chill experience. The two hours definitely go by fast, so keep an eye on the time. They're strict about going over, even by a minute, so we set a timer and started heading back 30 minutes before our end time. Overall, a fun and unique experience we'd recommend!
