I have been a loyal patient of your office for years, and I never expected to be treated this way. Life happens, and sometimes scheduling conflicts arise that require patients to make adjustments. If I had not needed to make proper arrangements, I would not have changed my appointment. Charging a long-time patient such an excessive fee for rescheduling is unreasonable, unfair, and honestly insulting considering my loyalty to your practice over the years. This experience has completely changed my opinion of your office and how patients are valued. Because of this situation, I will not be returning as a patient moving forward. In addition, I am formally requesting a refund for the remaining balance of my dental savings plan since I no longer intend to continue services with your office. Please provide confirmation regarding the processing of this refund as soon as possible. I expected much better treatment and customer service.

Unfortunately, I have had to have a lot of dental work over the years and have had some wonderful experiences with competent and caring dentists. Not this guy. I wouldn't let him cut my lawn! I was there 3 times and each time was a dental disaster! And, he berates his staff iand places blame on them n front of patients and runs around working on three patients at a time, which contributed to his mistakes, I believe. Also, his receptionist told me over the phone I needed to come to my appointment with a check for $21,000 (out-of-network). The temporary he made cracked and when I went in to have him look at it he suggested I find a dental lab on my won! I had paid him $1,200 and he wants me to find an outside lab, doesn't even know any! Finally, he lists and promotes himself as a "cosmetic dentist." If you look on the American Dental Association website, you will learn that it is not a recognized term. It's a made up title. Well, he did seem to do one thing well. As I was leaving his office one evening at 7:30pm after a long appointment, he was vacuuming his waiting room. He seems to be able to do that. What a disastrous experience.

Unfortunately, this experience has made me lose confidence in this office.

The staff is friendly and facility is pleasant. I went in for help with a broken molar; expecting it to be addressed as THE priority of the visit and that it would be extracted during the visit. I received an x-ray series, an exam of condition of teeth and gums by hygienist, a REVIEW of the exam of my teeth and gums by the dentist (all totaling 3 hrs., incl. 2 hrs. wait time). Serious talk of periodontal disease, scaling and planing teeth my, antibiotic treatment (@ $101 per tooth!), health conditions that I do not have, replacing a missing cap with a root canal (never recommended before).... all recommended in an $12,000+ dental plan (cash) in addition to extracting the one broken tooth that was NOT extracted that day - the only REASON for the appointment THAT DAY!
