I always go way over board on parties and then am stressed out on party day, but having it here the owner was so amazing and helpful that I was actually able to enjoy the party! She stepped up and went over and beyond when we needed it, but also gave us space to do our thing when it was time too. The party moved so smoothly and everyone had an amazing time! I appreciate this as my experience at other indoor playgrounds is having to run around a large area to keep track of multiple kids as there's no way to visualize them all simultaneously and being in a constant state of stress and shortness of breath. Into Space has multiple chairs set up on 1 border of the play structure with a more comfortable set up of couches and tables with a coffee maker on a 2nd border for parents who would like to work while their kids are playing. The other thing I appreciate about them is they keep things clean and orderly. I originally started this as a draft in February and assumed it was just because they were newly opened but recently returned again in November 2025 and found it to be the same!

Reality was the complete opposite. The line to check in was a disaster. People were showing up without filling out the required waivers, and instead of having them step aside so the line could move, staff had them stand right at the counter filling everything out while everyone else waited. It took us over 30 minutes just to pay and get our kids inside. The biggest issue was the false advertising on their website. Their own site clearly says the GLOW shirt is INCLUDED with admission. We even showed them the screenshot. Then they tried charging us extra for the shirts anyway. Staff went to ask the manager and came back with, "There's nothing we can do." So you advertise one thing online, people drive out there expecting that price, then you change it at the counter? Completely unacceptable. The concession stand was shut down too. We had to literally hunt down a manager just to get someone to sell us drinks and snacks. For a packed Friday night event, that's embarrassing. On top of all that, kids were running around cussing nonstop in front of younger children. One kid got directly in my son's face acting aggressive and the staff standing nearby did absolutely nothing. No supervision. No control. No effort to keep the environment safe or family-friendly. Overcrowded, disorganized, misleading pricing, lazy management, and zero control over behavior inside the park. We will not be back.

If I could give negative stars I would. This place is disgusting, and unorganized. When me and my…read morehusband walked in there was a random man, not on staff, not picking up a child. He was just sitting in the office playing with someone's baby. I should've known then that this place was not good. We registered our child and was told what to bring on her first day. On my child's first day we walked into the classroom and there were screaming babies everywhere not being attended to. The daycare had told me I would be able to see my child's day on the app. They said they sent me the email and I didn't receive it until the next day. When I set up the app, they said I wouldn't be able to see my child's care because their iPads were not working. They told me I would receive papers about my child's care. I did not receive any info about anything. On my child's second day, we found bruises as if someone had been squeezing my child's legs or holding them down. These are not crawling bruises. I was not given any incident reports and all of the teachers in her class claim they have no idea what happened. Stay away from this place.
