This should have been communicated ahead of time by phone or voicemail, not sprung on us in front of other parents and children. My child sometimes has developmentally normal tantrums when she doesn't want to participate in activities, which is expected for her age. Other children in the class also don't participate and continue to play during instructions, which only made it harder for my child to engage. My child was essentially expelled under the guise a constructive dismissal. I wasn't even given the courtesy of a quick refund. Instead, I sat in the lobby for an extended period, waiting to even be acknowledged. My daughter was upset watching all the other kids go into class without her, and I was left feeling humiliated and frustrated. I paid for her to be included in the full class, and the way this was handled was unprofessional, poorly communicated, and inconsiderate to both my child and myself.

The day of the party I arrived to be greeted by an older brunette who wasn't very friendly. She was not very enthused about the large group I'd just informed her about. Little did we know, she was about to become super mean! She yelled at the children, telling them not to get out of line or touch anything. She was so mean, the parents were becoming concerned. I finally told her that I thought she was nasty, at which point she didn't hesitate to tell us to leave. Well the dilemma is that we had about 25-30 kids there, and I can't just let them down. After the very disappointing play, and after she told us to leave, I went upstairs to advise the parents we had been kicked out, but we were still going to cut this cake and sing happy birthday. Well, that might've been okay until she turned off the air and the lights!!!! Not only did she treat us horribly, but now, she is sealing it with a kiss!! Yes!! She turned off the lights and the air, while I calmly tried to play down this nightmare. Luckily, there was still a light upstairs on, so we could see, but make no mistake, we were sweating and very embarrassed! Not that it could get too much worse, but it did. She then called the police! If only they had shown up, it might e gotten cold, but they didn't. Even if they had, I had every intention on informing them of our encounter and even the assault of the children. I am not exaggerating at all. She actually had hit my little 3-yr-Old nephew. This was the very worst experience I've ever had, and needless to say, they ruined my son's birthday. I called the owner and he apologized, but you can rest assured that was not enough. The unnecessary humiliation was enough for one of our attorneys attending the party to ask if we needed help in pursuing justice against them. I was actually so very devastated that I didn't want to even bring this out, but people should know.

I had no idea what was involved and they walked me through everything patiently. Both of her teachers are great and my kid looks forward to her class every week. I would recommend this place wholeheartedly.
