I took my daughter here for the first time last Friday. I was super nervous about dropping her off somewhere she had never been. I have to go into the office on occasion so I don't need daycare all the time. Everyone there was so nice! They made me feel at ease leaving her. It was very clean and they had a lot of toys for the kids to play with. She had so much fun! They did crafts and made play dough. They gave her lunch which was awesome! The two ladies that were there were very nice helpful with all my questions. This place is really convenient for people who need daycare on occasion. I can't wait to take her back! The concept of this place is great however they need to change some things. As said by multiple parents in multiple reviews the day one "feedback" is negative and quite off-putting. As a first time visitor I came in to ask about the program and the girl at the desk response was "well what do you want to know?" How is this an appropriate response when I literally asked "about your program" . Then I proceeded to ask her about the policies that are on the website and she had no idea what I was even talking about. Unacceptable. First of, if you are clearly saying that you are not equipped for a traditional preschool then WHY DO YOU EVEN HAVE A PRESCHOOL PROGRAM, and use that as a luring mechanism for parents? I wouldve appreciated any type of "Day 1 feedback" but this was not a feedback, it was a statement and opinion about my son which was made only after 3 hours. It was not a discussion in terms of working towards bringing about positive outcome towards my child's growth, rather a discouragement to not bring my child back. As she clearly said "he wasn't ready and don't know if You want to try again." Well depending on all the one star horrible reviews on your yelp, CLEARLY your staff needs a much more enhanced training to meet requirements of a child's well being. If it was only a day care or drop in drop off, I would've adjusted my expectations accordingly BUT when you run it as a Preschool program, it's a whole different ball game. Very good place and convenient ! My son is very busy. He gets very overly excited. On his first day when I arrived to pick him up the staff mentioned some concerns (climbing up things and trying to open a door) and that they were able to redirect him. I am happy that they are still allowing him to attend. He loves it there. The space is perfect size for the kids to be able to move around. Also I'd like to mention. The price is very reasonable. We started going to KidsPark because we had a lot of stuff going on all at once and it seemed like a great concept. It's not. My 2 year old is a typical energetic 2 year old and we had issues after our 3rd visit. This same lady every time we dropped off told us that they were really busy. Okay, aren't you a daycare? Are you up to your child/teacher ratio? If they were I would completely understand and take her elsewhere but they weren't. They just didn't want to be bothered with my highly energetic child. The last straw was when I got a call after dropping her off asking if we could pick her up early because she was too "active" and they were too busy. I'm like what? You're a daycare. You watch children. I went in and made sure she hadn't hurt any children, but no she was just being a typical rambunctious two year old. They told me when I showed my disappointment that they do this when they have too many children. I even called ahead of time to make sure they weren't "too busy" and they weren't. Wouldn't a normal daycare do a these kids were here first maybe we should turn away the incoming ones? I sent an email to the owner and of course it's all my fault for not knowing all of their policies and that my child is just too busy for their daycare. So no worries we have found a wonderful lady who is patient and doesn't care that my child is a *gasp* typical two year old. Stay away unless you want unorganized teachers who can't deal with multiple age ranges. read more

My kids and I have fallen in love with this place. It's definitely a much needed service in this area... as you never know when you need to drop off kid(s) so you can take another child to an appointment or just for a date night. Since I've been going for a month now... I can say my kids really enjoy it here. The staff are nice and owner, Julie, is great at responding to any questions I had. We love kidspark. My 2 year old son has been to a few drop-in daycares and usually cries or clings onto me but he's always excited to come here and doesn't notice me leave. he even asks on his own if he could come here. I've seen daycare employees who look miserable & sluggish but the employees here seem to have a lot of energy and they engage with the children. I also like how the place is spacious and not cluttered. A big plus is that it's super convenient, you just drop off and go or pick up and go. They won't keep you waiting for several minutes. I've read some complaints that said their child didn't eat their food and they were very hungry/thirsty when picked up. One piece of advice i'd give is to let the teachers know what your child's needs are. Let them know if your child needs to be reminded to drink water or needs constant reminders to finish their food. Otherwise they'll figure your kid just isn't hungry if they don't eat the first time around. They don't know your child, only you do. Once you let them know, they are very good about taking care of your child's needs. They really do seem to care. read more

Owner Julie and her staff are extremely professional and truly care about the kids that are attending their day care. My children were not very receptive to this type of environment (drop-in care) because they are used to always being with a "stay at home" Mom. However both kids commented on how nice the ladies were. Julie the owner went the extra mile to work with my children to help them relax, and try to enjoy the time they spent together. She also made sure that both my children and I left on a positive note, despite their less than perfect experience. I really appreciate a business owner like Julie - she takes pride in her business and I would definitely recommend KidsPark. This place is amazing. I was out of town and my husband was working on a home project and really couldn't concentrate with the kids running around the house so he decided to drop them off to KidsPark for a few hours He realized he had to do our daughters hair (he has never done her hair before) so he desperately called KidsPark and spoke to Tiffany and asked her if she could do her hair so she wouldn't look a hot mess while being there. Tiffany was great. My husband was so happy. I was laughing when he was telling me the story but also pleased to know that this place really cares for our kids. My daughter Charlie said she had a terrible time. Staff did not wear gloves when changing diapers and now she has a rash, do I have to elaborate? Trust me when I say that this place will not care for your children as they do not clean any of their toys. I've been taking my 5 year old son to kids park for almost a year now and I have to say they definitely have a fun, unique setup including an indoor carpet slide/mountain, craft tables, movie theater room, and other fun areas for the kids to play. my son always returns home happily with several crafts, there are always tons of other children to play with, he's made friends over the year, the staff is always welcoming and I'd like to shout out miss Veronica especially! But Every teacher here is kind. I would highly recommend this as a drop off day care for sure. The price is unbeatable as well. My nephew was recently admitted to this institution and he was discouraged from returning after only the first day. He is a bright child who I have personally seen well advanced beyond his age and who I have seen flourish at his new school. This "preschool" does not adhere to covid protocols as they have advertised. They have posters at the front claiming they only admit one family into the lobby at a time but during pick up, there were several families present in the lobby. FYI no immunizations are required to enroll your child which means none of the children in there have proof of immunization, therefore there might be children without vaccination against certain infectious diseases. I enrolled my son the day he turned 2 and yes he cried in the beginning due to severe separation anxiety but after much patience and love given by the teachers here, he finally all smiles and can last hours without me. I was a bit skeptical when I first took my daughter in October 2021, because my daughter had never been to any daycare facility, mind you that she had turned 2 couple months before bringing her in & not potty trained. My daughter adjusted just perfectly fine instantly . The staff have always been nice & helpful since day one. They have also been extremely helpful with her potty training process. My daughter absolutely loves it there, and always wants to go to "school", when I drop her off she forgets to say bye because she gets too excited to go play! I love that they take drop ins and only charge you for however long she's physically there. Its very convenient for us especially with my schedule being different each week. Kids Park is a great place to drop your kids off if you need a date night or have errands to run. There is an hourly rate and a day rate, and they are available for evenings on Fridays and Saturdays. It is a good daycare/preschool if your kids don't need naps. My daughter has fun here and is extremely chatty when I pick her up. I notice that her verbal skills improve whenever she comes here. Sundays are closed for regular childcare, just special parties. There are special themes and events in the weekends, and they have colorful themed decorations and crafts. It's also nice that they take credit cards. And if you sign up for their newsletters online and like them on facebook, you can also get coupons and see what special theme parties are coming up. One thing to remember is that the kids should have their breakfast before coming as they won't allow them to have breakfast there, even if it's in a snack trap. I had to stand outside with my kid for her to finish her cheerios. I also wish they served more nutritious food here. The meals that you can buy are mostly frozen stuff like corn dogs. I usually pack her food from home. And the snacks they give mid-morning and mid-afternoon include cookies with frosting - not healthy. I have packed her fruit, but they told me that I can't rely on them to remember to give her our own snacks. On the other hand, they will reheat her food from home, which is nice. Some of the staff are kind and friendly, but some aren't. One young lady never seems to smile. The staff changes shift in the afternoon, and there's no communication between them. So when I go pick up my child, the afternoon staff can't tell me why my child didn't eat any of her lunch (I suspect it's because of the cookie snacks). On the other hand, the staff has been wonderful about helping my two-year-old with going to the potty (even though she never tells anyone she has go to). She is accident free most of the time she has been there. The children here have fun and almost always come home with cute crafts to put on the fridge. read more

I can't say enough good things about this place. I've been bringing my three year-old here for several months now (prior to her third birthday, even) and it seems to be the perfect transition into preschool next year. Im able to set up a schedule that works for us and she loves going. She's learned to share, gotten better at waiting her turn, and gets to make fun crafts and play with friends. The staff is very nice and the kids seem to love them. I especially like the fact that they take potty training toddlers. We've progressed leaps and bounds, on that front, with the independence and accountability that she's been given for recognizing her "potty cues". I hope this place stays around a long time. I hadn't, previously, left my daughter with any stranger. Ever. And I feel very confident leaving her in the care of Miss Sherlette and her staff. They're awesome. read more

This place seemed like a GOD-send for me and my partner as we are always looking for flexible childcare to run errands that are not necessarily kid friendly. It worked great the first couple of times but the last and final experience was not so great. The staff in the absence of owners are not friendly and unwilling to provide accurate information about an incident that required us to bail on our plans. Luckily the CEO of the Franchise was eager to remedy our problem to our satisfaction. Kidspark as a brand is a great concept but the Corona location fell short on the delivery of their vision. Hopefully our feedback to the higher up will make it a better place for everyone. My advice to anyone before leaving their kids in their care is find out who is in charge in the absence of the owners. No one seemed to step up to the plate when we wanted information about what really happened regarding our child. read more

This place promote a curriculum, claims that all the people who are working here are teachers... I don't think so... I am preschool teacher I know what I am taking about.. I have taken my child here around 8 times... Every single time there is something different that I don't like it... My child hit on his head no one told anything, when I ask, the person there told " I don't know, I just came in" really if a preschooler teacher should you ask the leaving teacher everything about the kids, especially if they had a incident.... Do they know how danger is it at this age? I don't think so... I drop my child after 1 pm ... I told them; my child has not eaten anything can he eat right know, here is this teriyaki chicken... They said yes... When I pick up my child at 5 pm , I found the teriyaki on the counter, my child did not eat anything I asked about it... I had the same answer I have much, much much to say, but have no time.... I know the owner knows her employees she has, she should care about them, since she promotes a lot of positive things... My daughter has been going to this facility for a few years now and she loves it!!!! I work in retail and during the weekend this is the only childcare facility that is open. She loves the staff and has made special friendships there. The art activities are so fun and educational. Every pick up she's so excited to show me her masterpiece and talk about what she learned that day. She is looking forward to returning once my other child turns 2 in the next few months. I recently seen the closing hours have been changed since the pandemic. I'm hopeful that they can eventually go back to closing later due to my work schedule. I just discovered this place, and talk about a godsend! I didn't even know places like this exist. For eight dollars an hour you can drop your kid off for whatever duration of time. They will feed them snacks, provide them lunch if you don't pack one, change their diapers, do crafts with them etc. I haven't used them too much yet, as my daughter just turned two, but knowing that I now have them as an option as opposed to relying on family members if I need a babysitter, especially a last minute babysitter, I'm so glad! We had our kid here for one of the days school was not in sessions and the place was completely packed.40+ kids and there were like 4 kids overseeing the entire thing. VERY LITTLE supervision. Also, the morning of drop off there was only one person on duty and the check in line was out the door. It took us almost 30 mins just to check our son in.
