Infant teachers: They are very kind, loving, & provide support to babies. Ms. Sayra & Ms. Henessy, Ms. Xitlalic are my little ones FAVORITE. The teachers are silly, fun & get the babies to dance. They are always making sure the classes are clean, safe, engaging & fun for them. They always make drop offs smooth & fun for my LO. & you can see & feel their enjoyment & pride as teachers. They are the BEST Inf teachers. Twos: Ms. Cristal & Ms. Sindy are the ABSOLUTE best! They teach the kids all around how to be kind to one another, help manage their emotions & big feelings, help them be open to learning & trying new things. My daughter is a sassy, strong willed, independent girl but Ms. Sindy & Ms. Cristal helped her learned new ways that were more helpful to deal with her emotions & her thoughts. At first I'd admit it was a disaster (we transferred from another center we absolutely loved) but after the help of Ms. Sindy the drop offs were fun. My daughter would ask about going with Ms. Sindy everyday! She was so excited to go to her class & would talk about all the fun she had, new songs, bew things she learned to do. Then when she moved on to Ms. Cristal's class she would come home telling me all that she did & again asked Everyday if she was seeing Ms. Cristal. They are absolutely the BEST. Threes: Ms. Evelyn & Ms. Grecia they are AMAZING teachers. Just when i thought our luck was running out. We got blessed to have them both be my daughters teachers. The transition with them was seamless. Right away my daughter wanted to be in her class officially (we were visiting for a few weeks) but she LOVED them. She loved how the class was calm, clean, organized & full of support. I love how they both take the time to teach them, read to them, get to know each & everyone of them (their likes & dislikes) & tries to incorporate a little of everyone in all that they do. They are so patient & kind to them. & they help all of them when they are having a hard time. When we arrived to the classroom once the director walked us in the teacher did not greet myself or my son and looked extremely checked out. It was the most unwelcoming greeting- I should have realized how alarming this was.although I hoped she was just tired. All the kids were screaming she was dissociating and quite honestly nobody was very welcoming. I should've taken this as a sign and left immediately. Instead, I dropped my son off for the day in hopes that maybe this was just a tough day for everyone. on his paperwork for the day she said he ate most of his meal and he was asleep when I picked him up. When we got home upon asking him about his day at one point of the conversation, he said that "the mommy" hit him and demonstrated by showing me a slap across the face. flabbergasted and shocked, I tried asking if it was perhaps a friend, but he kept repeating it was "the mommy." I of course didn't take him to school after this- The next day I Went to speak to the teacher to see if there was some sort of incident and maybe she had accidentally grabbed him or bumped him or one of his other friends and him had gotten into an altercation and she said nothing like that happened. She did mention to me that he didn't eat all day, which I thought was odd because she wrote in the report That he ate most of his meal.... at this point I realized that there are so many things that don't lineup that I withdraw him from the school and a police investigation has been done. Come to find out the school has many incident reports and many complaints.. caution to anyone wanting to go here- They're understaffed they're tired. They're not happy to be there. They put on a full act the next day which was also scary to see how different they behaved. they have too many kids- they're just pumping them in and out for money. They did not seem to care and potentially hurt my child. All of the kiddos were crying in Ms Crystals class and I should have known better by these warnings. Also they over changed me, tried to charge me more, I asked for a refund, she never did it . I have called multiple times and still haven't received it, but did receive another bill. Jesus. This place should be shut down or cleansed immediately.Horrible experience, disgusted and disappointed. Also pleaseeee run their license number before considering ! Enrolled my son here as it seemed like it was a good school. He cried to get dropped off and teachers did not show any type of warmth or care that he cried never tried to check in or see why I didn't bring him back. Since then he's been thriving at his new school where he doesn't care and the team shows empathy. But of advise to maybe show that you guys even care and that nothing going on at school give parents a better feeling of safety and reassurance while leaving there kids in your care. read more

My children have been attending this kindercare facility since they were 5 months old. We absolutely love it! From the infant class to now the three's every teacher has been a caring, great teacher. I truly feel that the center and teachers do so much for the kids from monthly themes teaching them different things from weather, to healthy foods, to letters and how to write their names to fun activities like the trunk or treat, snow cone trucks in the summer and they even had a fire truck and police dog visit. My kids love it and love their teachers! Ms. Sindy and Ms. Niayah in the 2's class are awesome and basically potty trained my kids completely and their 3's teachers Ms. Evelyn and Ms. Natalie are so great with the kids and my kids always tell me how much fun they have at school with them. And the directors are awesome! I have 2 kids at the Highgrove KinderCare. As a whole, the staff is just so amazing and very kind and caring towards myself and both of my children. My son, Bentley who is 4 is in Ms. Lamya's class. Ms. Lamya is the most caring and loving person. She is very passionate in all that she does and she truly loves and adores all of her students. My son tells me daily how much he loves her and enjoys being in her class. I appreciate how well Ms. Lamya communicates with Bentley as well as myself and my husband. My daughter, Tenley who is 2 is in Ms. Sindy and Ms. Niayah's class. Ms. Sindy truly cares for all of her students and is very understanding with each of their individual needs. She is so organized in all that she does and has taught Tenley so much about responsibility and respect. Everyday we pull into the school, Tenley yells out "yay! Ms. Sindy!" Ms. Sindy is also very communicative with me and my husband on a daily basis which is very appreciated. Ms. Niayah has been with my daughter since she was one. Ms. Niayah is so patient and sweet with Tenley. I adore Ms. Niayah's friendly and loving personality. Overall, Highgrove KinderCare has been a total blessing to my family. We absolutely LOVE the staff at KinderCare Highgrove. We know that our child is being looked after and nurtured by an entire staff that truly cares about the individual needs and well-being of each "friend". I had to take my son out of daycare because of Ms/Mrs K. This happened in November of 2022. It was nap time around 12:45. I had just said goodbye to my son. As soon as I closed the door, Ms/Mrs K. immediately started screaming at the children. My son is only 4 years old. I stayed outside the classroom for a couple of minutes to hear what was going on. She was yelling very loudly, i heard a child say "I'm sorry" for something and she said "you say that every day, now put your head down and go to sleep" this went on for a few minutes. My gut told me to get my son. I went back inside and took him home and we haven't been back since. Don't use this center!!!! I had nothing but bad experiences here. read more

I have the pleasure of being in background in Mrs Sindy's and Ms Niayah's class as a Behavioral Therapist. Mrs Sindy and Ms Niayah both teach the students independence, whether it's washing their hands, grabbing their own water bottle, or putting away their bedding. If you want your two year to learn how to become more independent I highly recommend this class. The cleanliness of the class is unmatched, Mrs Sindy and Ms Niayah are constantly taking the extra steps to keep the class neat. Mrs Sindy is actually trilingual! She speaks English, Spanish, and Sign Language! She teaches the class the languages above every morning. Both teachers have a special touch for those children that have more needs than others. The center is clean, provides good balanced meals, and they were very understanding when my son started. Being a new mom, it's hard leaving your baby at 5 months. I must say, this center has definitely made it not so hard for mama. My 7 month old loves her teachers. I've been taking two of my kids here for years and have been very happy with them. The teachers Ms. Caryn and Ms. Hong are very friendly and attentive. When I go to pick up my daughter they take the time to let me know how she's doing, and inform me of what she had to eat. They also do fun things with the kids and teach them a lot throughout the day. I had to come on here and leave an AMAZING review for this Kindercare facility. I was never someone that ever wanted to take my kids to a child care center I only wanted my kids with family but this kindercare has changed my entirely outlook on my old mindset. My 2 daughter have been attending for only 3 months and we have seen a tremendous improvement with both of them excelling in their education and language. Their teachers Mrs. Lamya and Mrs. Sindy are beyond amazing and they truly go above and beyond their calling as educators. They truly pour their hearts out to our children and genuinely make my daughters feel loved and so welcomed. My grandson went here a couple years ago. He would screamwhen we dropped him off. When we went to pick him up he always sitting away fom everyone. According to the teacher, he didnt listen or want to do group things. So he had to sit in time out/alone. He was starving when we got home. He always said he didnt wang to eat there. My little one has been going here for years and I have always been so happy with everything they have done for our family they have been supportive and understanding to our needs. My son just turned 5. He was born with a significant amount of health issues and immune deficiency. Covid gave us a huge scare, I pulled him out of his previous school ( Montessori) which was closer to our house for more than a year due to our worries. We recently got the green light this past summer to allow him back into school settings. I looked at various places which would suit him and his needs best but also, something I was very familiar with myself--Kindercare. I was a child who grew up through the program and some of my best memories were held there. This particular location, and the individuals running the program are ones that don't compare. I am so very grateful for this group and this location for all their understanding and willingness to support his learning while also maneuvering his health needs. I especially care a great deal for Ms. Lamya, his teacher. I have too many great things to say about her and would leave you reading a novel by the time I'm done with also knowing her so little. Due to my sons health issues, he is underdeveloped in social settings leaving him awkward and shy. Ms. Lamya has made strides happen with my sons self- esteem, learning and engagement in conversations both with friends, family and with close neighbors more than he ever has before. She's the first person who has been capable of helping me change my sons life for the better and I owe her a great deal for providing that opportunity to us as a family. She's more than a teacher. She cares about her students. Shows them love and support and encouragement-- I couldn't ask for a better individual helping raise and educate our son than her. My three kiddos have been going to Kindercare since they were babies and are now in pre-K and 2nd grade (twins). I have always felt that the kids were safe and happy at this center. The center is always clean and bright and full of the kids artwork. My littlest one is going to kindergarten next year and she keep asking to stay at KinderCare forever because she loves her teachers so much. We have made lifelong friends here. Many of the same teachers have been at this center since my oldest were babies and have taught my little one too. My two-year-old has struggled with behavioral issues but the teachers have never gotten frustrated with her, yet they strive to help her. They are always there to help our children thrive. Extremely disappointed on their customer service coming from their Facility Director Stacy. If I could I would leave ZERO stars and no tolerance for disrespect (when someone is trying to bring you business-especially when you are loosing students based on "poor service" ) I would totally give Zero Stars. I called to enquire about their after-school program for my 6 yrs old I spoke with a Melissa which thought out our conversation said she was one of the preschool teachers. I was given a rate including a transportation fee and 3 hours of daycare. She was very nice and said she will have a registration package for me later that afternoon. Told her I will be there around 3:30 after I picked up my daughter from school. When I showed up, the director Stacy was at the front desk with another staff member who claimed her name was Sarah. As soon as I mentioned I was there to pick up a package and pay for registration fee I was interrupted by the director(Stacy) ..."for what?" I describe what service I was looking for and what conversation I had with Melissa about 2 hours prior. Very disrespectful I was replied back by the director Stacy...."we don't have a Melissa here, you must of called the wrong number because this rate is not for our afterschool program, actually is much higher and we do not pick up from ____\\____School" Besides the fact that I had no problem with ANY AMOUNT, as of all of a sudden their bus does not pick up from the school my daughter attends(which over the phone I specially mentioned the name of the school which is 8min from the center) I was pretty much called a lier, yet the staff seating next to her said "we do have a Mrs Melissa" of course she gotten the rolling eyes look from her boss now being cut with another lie within 4min conversation. Let's put that part aside as well and emphasize that I literally had no problem bringing my daughter after school myself as my Office is closed by and I am able to make it back to work after I pick her up from school; we just happened to have an emergency with our Nanny who needed to leave out of state on an indefinite family emergency so we are simply looking for a new after school option where the tuition payment wouldn't be a problem nor concern regarding the amount. The conversation gotten to so much deeper that it really doesn't need to be spelled out on this review but I went back to my office pulled out our calls logs which because of the field I am in, the calls are recorded and the calls to the number for this Facility / KinderCare off Highgrove, in Corona did came up as of 1:17pm that afternoon, so after all I wasn't hallucinating:)lol - I did call the same facility! And yes I spoke to a Mrs Melissa. My indication would be that probably the center only picked up from few schools around and they have no other student from the same school my daughter is going so Stacy didn't want to add another school for pick up. But it would have been so many different approaches and ways of rejecting the transportation or offer and allow us to register into the program as long as we drop off our daughter, This is just to show you if you ever had any doubts about something that was said and been told no it wasn't. It is a center definitely with no customer service skills and I wouldn't be surprised if you noticed the Director discriminate parents by their ethnicity background or/and religion. Very very very unprofessional!!! Keep looking around if you are in the need of daycare, because this is definitely not the place for your child. I called this place last Thursday to see if they had space and to ask a few questions. The woman I spoke to was pleasant and helpful and told me there was room in all age groups. On Friday I purchased a Groupon for a deeply discounted week of daycare and then called back on Monday to make a reservation. In contrast to the woman I spoke to on Thursday, the woman I spoke to on Monday was incredibly rude. She told me that all their groups were full, and even if they weren't, they didn't take "drop ins". Apparently I'm a drop-in, even though I have no idea what that means (because the woman wouldn't tell me what it means. She continually asked me who i spoke to, even though I told her repeatedly that I didn't know. Then she informed me about the $90 registration fee which no one had ever mentioned before. So now I'm stuck with a $50 Groupon I can't use and a really bad experience with the Kindercare people. O read more

This is such a great option for working parents. I have really struggled with putting my kids in child care but the teachers at Kindercare have help to ease my anxiety. I had previewed other area sites but this one just stood out to me with organization, cleanliness and friendliness of staff. I was apprehensive about daycares in general and instead hired nannies to care for my son. At the age of 1 1/2 I felt he really needed curriculum and socialization so I checked out KLC Highgrove once again. They continued to impress me and I decided to enroll him. It was the best thing I could have done. I had a second child and she started at KLC at 3 months old. We adore the staff who treat us like family, they truly care about us and exceed our expectations daily. If you want to have a good experience with any daycare - communication is key. I have been an involved parent, volunteer and am interested in what the staff has to say about my children's behaviors and days. If you want a good experience, put your cell phones away when picking up your kids, chat with the staff and inquire; be interested in the school and your kids. The staff that works here are open, kind, honest and friendly. The school is clean, organized and up to date. They work hard to bring fun activities to the kids. They offer extra programs. I highly recommend their phonics program. My son also enjoyed their Music and Me. My daughter is now two and her teachers have been instrumental in helping to potty train her. My kids have attended Kindercare for years...since my kids were very very young. I can attest that this center makes you feel like you are family. I've always felt that my kids are safe, healthy and happy. Many of the teachers have been there for years, along with the director which brought me comfort that these women are experienced and loved their jobs. My kids are always doing something fresh and productive. As far as the price, you get what you pay for. It's not the cheapest in the area, but who is bargain hunting when it comes to your kids care. The facility is clean, well maintained and secured. The decor is always changing with the season and artwork of all the kids. There is also an educational core to the care. My kid is going there since she was 1 year old, they were really good on the infant site. As soon as she turned 2yr they moved her to toddler & there is 1 to 12 ratio. Every week she is getting sick becz of cold, pink eye fever you name it. They don't keep it clean. I don't blame teacher becz of 1 to 12 ratio, she is always busy. But common you are charging so much money at least provide decent service read more

My daughter went to pre-school here. She initially came from the Kindercare in Chino Hills when she had a friend going to the same school and were recommended by her parents. She learned through their curriculum and acquired some social skills. Overall I was happy with the exception of the price. I cannot complain too much because I did not know of too many options. My son started coming here a little after 2 years old until just a few weeks ago because we moved and he is now 5. We've had such a good experience here that I didn't want my son to leave. The staff was GREAT! I knew all the staff and majority of the teachers and they always made us feel comfortable leaving my son. Miss Elvia, Miss Ryan, and Miss Lupita are so incredibly caring, patient and attentive to all of the children. I never worried about my child while she was in their care.
