Legally being the key word there, but PTS believes it has the right to refuse service and discriminate against the disabled youth who require these therapeutic supports to survive, which is interesting, as I imagine that is largely their exact demographic. If your children are medically fragile, please understand PTS makes it abundantly clear that they do not want your business. To their credit, the utter contempt and disgust comes across clearly over the phone via Karen, something I must say, most places are far less forthcoming with. Since there are a great many of us in this boat, it felt important to let other parents know not to waste their time. Additionally, in case any clients care about informed consent or medical freedom, they too may wish to support a company focused on improving outcomes for children, as opposed to violently shoving unfounded personal opinions onto others, without so much as a single question asked. At the end of the day, I am relieved I did not enter a working relationship and entrust my children's care to this company, very much a bullet dodged.

She helped get my grandson his tablet. She was able to get me a loaner helmet. I've been struggling to get the insurance to pay for a helmet. The staff was always very pleasant when I arrived to see my husband who was there for 19 days. The Physical therapy & Occupational therapy is one of the best. My husband was in two hospitals were he was unable to walk or feed himself. Scott Lake started the day after in came in. My husband says they are the reason is was walking again. He's so knowledgeable and attentive, and you can tell he's super passionate about what he does. The first time I came, I had been having severe pain in my knees for months and months- I got an MRI and found out I had a partial tear in my meniscus and other damaged cartilage behind my kneecap. The surgeon didn't want to touch it so I wasn't given a guidance and it just continued to get worse. When I came here, Clark finally helped me figure out that the issue wasn't even all the torn and damaged cartilage, but that my kneecap was out of place from all my years playing basketball. He helped get to the root of my issue and had my knee feeling better in a little over a month when no one else was giving me any real answers. Clark is also a former college athlete, which I am myself, and having someone who's been through similar experiences and knows how to help my injuries that have stemmed from playing sports made me even more comfortable. All of the PT's here are great- I've talked to multiple other patients and many of them have come back for different issues and gotten the help they needed. Even Alicia who works at the front is the sweetest admin and helps get all the insurance and appointments set up swiftly. Absolutely love the PA at the new location she is very patient, kind and takes the time to speak with my kids about how they are feeling and areas that are bothering them. The male nurse/ medical assistant is very patient as well- he is very efficient at getting vitals and status of why we are in. Adrianna (I think I got her name right) from the front desk is absolutely fantastic as well. She greets my kids with a smile even in the early morning and was very kind when I explained why we were a few minutes late. Really happy with the new location and like I mentioned they saved us as being clients/patients. I took one star because the main billing is still a work in progress

It's unacceptable to expect patients and their families to wait in such an unsanitary environment, especially in a medical facility. To make matters worse, we waited over an hour before the doctor came in to see my son for his appointment. I understand that delays can happen, but there is no excuse for the condition of the exam room. I'm extremely disappointed with this establishment. Patients deserve a clean, welcoming environment and timely care. I truly hope they make improvements because this experience was completely unacceptable.

I got my appointment time mixed up and showed up early, they explained that the reason I couldn't be seen at that time was because the doctor I needed wasn't in yet being that they share their office with another practitioner. They were extremely kind and let me fill out my paperwork and give them all documentation since I was already there that when when I came back that afternoon I would be ready to go. Mr. Maganti was who I saw and he was extremely professional and made sure I was heard as far as my concerns were. I look forward to continuing to be a patient at this office.

I don't personally get seen here but my oldest does and we have both had issues with the doctor they see. I've spoken to them more than once about contacting their insurance and seeing if they can switch doctors. I feel they can get much better service someplace else. I'm sure for many they are a great place but for our personal experience they are not the best fit.
