While trying to escalate a complaint regarding this issue, I spoke to "THE" medical assistant on staff, meaning the only licensed person in the building is a medical assistant, who talked to me like a 5 year old she was putting in time out. Compliance is a voicemail that will get returned about a week and a half later and all these people do is argue. Their systems are confusing. They prioritize money over patient care. Actually caused more damage and provided zero help with one session that accomplished nothing and did damage and try to charge thousands for one literal session. Do not even want to contact them and it's incredibly concerning that this is allowable coming from a company titled elite. Need immediate contact to discuss these wrongful charges and need contact immediately to dispute this and need clarification that my issue is resolved. I am very unsure about how this is even normal behavior and allowable, considering it is a medical industry and field and the conduct is very ironic had one appointment after two time wasting useless "intake" appointments. Guess they either did not want to tell me they don't take my insurance after I asked or just decided to want to charge me thousands for literal no help. The person I spoke with was very rude did not help me did not accomplish anything and was very demeaning. Extremely discouraging. Then was charged over 1000. I have really no idea. Nothing happened to me. They couldn't even get any of the information right and asked me to redo my intake. Multiple times. Information was not saved. There was no empathy. There was no humanity.
