My medically complex children were turned away due to the fact that they cannot receive vaccines and are legally exempt. Legally being the key word there, but PTS believes it has the right to refuse service and discriminate against the disabled youth who require these therapeutic supports to survive, which is interesting, as I imagine that is largely their exact demographic. If your children are medically fragile, please understand PTS makes it abundantly clear that they do not want your business. To their credit, the utter contempt and disgust comes across clearly over the phone via Karen, something I must say, most places are far less forthcoming with.
Since there are a great many of us in this boat, it felt important to let other parents know not to waste their time. Additionally, in case any clients care about informed consent or medical freedom, they too may wish to support a company focused on improving outcomes for children, as opposed to violently shoving unfounded personal opinions onto others, without so much as a single question asked. At the end of the day, I am relieved I did not enter a working relationship and entrust my children's care to this company, very much a bullet dodged. read more
