Dr. Templin, You…read morecalled me when I had just about given up. My pain was excruciating. I had several issues with my cervical spine, which had begun (almost) surgery, until I flatlined. That was the first part of Sept. I told the doctor I had also lost my daughter after that failed surgery. My only child. I had been completely stressed out and my pain just kept getting worse. Doctor, you told me to write down the name of a book and the authors name, and I did. Back In Control by David Branscome. I was able to get it free on audible and started listening that very day. I couldn't tear myself away. When he spoke of the couple who were tested for their responses to a couple of questions, when the woman spoke of her pain, the sensors noted anger in the husband, which made the wife feel more pain because she knew he didn't believe her or acknowledge her pain. It was a vicious cycle. That was me and my husband! I kept listening! Everyone was simply tired of hearing me complain. No one wanted to listen to it, see it, be any part of it. I became angry. At first. This made me stop and think...ok, it's me. It's not anyone but me. Dr. Templin, I want to thank you, and I wish I could fly to where you are and thank you personally, but truly, I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart. I wish you were still here. I think you saved my life. Namaste, Illana Betz

I was so thankful for the detailed explanation Steve gave me of what was going on with my shoulder. He tested my range of motion before he treated me, and when he tested it after treatment, I could not believe the difference (and I am not exaggerating). I've had limited utility of my right arm due to this injury for 5 months and I was able to raise my arm straight above my head for the first time since it happened. I know this was just my first treatment but he made me feel much more hopeful for the possibility of my shoulder finally being able to be healed. So glad to have met Steve, now I have to find someone like him for in CA.

These guys are truly the best and so professional when it comes to physical therapy…read more I've had to come here two separate times for issues with both of my knees, and Clark has been amazing. He's so knowledgeable and attentive, and you can tell he's super passionate about what he does. The first time I came, I had been having severe pain in my knees for months and months- I got an MRI and found out I had a partial tear in my meniscus and other damaged cartilage behind my kneecap. The surgeon didn't want to touch it so I wasn't given a guidance and it just continued to get worse. When I came here, Clark finally helped me figure out that the issue wasn't even all the torn and damaged cartilage, but that my kneecap was out of place from all my years playing basketball. He helped get to the root of my issue and had my knee feeling better in a little over a month when no one else was giving me any real answers. Clark is also a former college athlete, which I am myself, and having someone who's been through similar experiences and knows how to help my injuries that have stemmed from playing sports made me even more comfortable. All of the PT's here are great- I've talked to multiple other patients and many of them have come back for different issues and gotten the help they needed. Even Alicia who works at the front is the sweetest admin and helps get all the insurance and appointments set up swiftly. Whether you're an athlete, coming off of a surgery or just needing guidance with an unknown injury, the Orthopedic Physical Therapy Associates are a fantastic option for support.

When I was referred to them for physical therapy, I was hopeless and depressed because I felt that I wasn't get better. I spent months suffering with constant headaches, neck pain, and dizziness. However, I received several prescriptions from my neurologist for these symptoms, but nothing seemed to help. By the third visit with Therapeutic Rehab Specialists, I was beginning to notice a change in the symptoms from the concussion and neck sprain. For the first time I felt as though I was positively progressing. Dr. T (as I like to call him), has in-depth knowledge and expertise when it comes to dealing with Post Concussive symptoms. In fact, he has written several published articles on the subject. Additionally, he uses treatments like New Calm and therapeutic ice helmets to assist the brain in the healing process. Dr. T and his staff not only dealt with the symptoms of my injuries, but they dealt with the underlying cause of them. They listened intensely to my concerns and medical history, and then created a rehabilitative program tailored to my needs. Because of Dr. T, and his assistant Melissa, I feel as though I have a greater hope for recovery. If it were not for them, I would not have this confidence. I highly recommend them because of the excellent care and concern that they've had for me and their other patients. They treat a wide variety of medical issues from head, neck, back, and sports related injuries. Additionally, they also assist with Post Traumatic Stress syndrome, (PTSD). I truly stand behind my review 100 percent. Furthermore, I wanted others to realize there is hope for recovery after any type of injury. Therapeutic Rehab Specialists was the hope that I needed and found. I am eternally grateful to them! By the way, I was NOT paid for this review. This is a testament of my own experience with this facility

PTS is smaller, yet I received much better attention and care than the other office. I had 2 hip replacements back to back so my comparison is recent. ( at least in my opinion) All the therapists were very professional, kind and compassionate. Also, scheduling appointments was very easy to fit my schedule. This was so important to me as the other office could barely schedule me for the day I needed. There was no flexibility in their scheduling and they didn't care about being able to fit me in.
