Well, what do you know! The Little Gym of Fairfax was just about to open! We submitted our info online prior to opening so we could get some info and hopefully take advantage of their grand opening discount being offered should be decide to sign up. The coordination and orientation call we had was organized and informative, allowing us to ask questions and answering them well. Plus, they allowed us to do a free class to see what the gym was about. After seeing the joy on our daughter's face through that first session, and all the excellent service we received from all the staff, we were convinced we'd sign up and continue to go. It has been about a month and a half now of weekly classes and our girl has learned so many skills so quickly, has gotten more confident, and has improved her social skills through interactions. Definitely recommend The Little Gym in Fairfax!

The good: -Decor…read morewas beautiful for my two events and I was grateful. - Wide selection of things depending on your style The bad: - Liz was arranging bouquets for me (the bride) and all my bridemaids and family and she left them in another location. While we understand Liz had a family emergency it was unacceptable that there was no one to handle her business and we were left scrambling that day trying to find at least one bouquet for me (the last thing you want to do the morning of your wedding). The rest of my party walked empty handed and I didn't like how it looked. - she also asked for hotel rooms the week of the wedding which was never brought up until then and not in the contract. When it's the week of the wedding you have no choice and I didn't appreciate being put in that situation so last minute on top of other stress. She felt terrible and compensated us but as I look back on my photos months later it always makes me feel so sad that they're missing. Liz is nice but it was a BIG miss on my wedding day and I wouldn't recommend this business.

Avoid Liz Decor at all costs!

I honestly can't say enough good things about Lux Moments! We hired Sana as our day-of wedding…read morecoordinator, and she was AMAZING. Hands down one of the best decisions we made during the whole planning process. Even though she was just booked for day-of coordination, she was super involved leading up to the wedding. Sana checked in with us multiple times, helped us fine-tune our timeline, and asked a bunch of helpful questions that I wouldn't have even thought of on my own. It really felt like she cared about making everything perfect. Sana showed up early, got to know our vendors and wedding party, and just totally took over in the best way. I didn't have to answer a single question or stress about anything. Everything flowed so smoothly -- the ceremony, the reception, speeches, dances, everything -- and she kept us right on schedule without making it feel rushed or too structured. There were a few small things that went wrong (as always happens on a wedding day), and I didn't even know about them until later because Lux Moments handled everything behind the scenes like a pro. Some standout things they did: Kept all the vendors in sync so we didn't have to worry about a thing Made sure the bridal party was where they needed to be at all times Made our guests feel welcomed and helped with questions/seating/etc. Sana is so kind, calm, and genuine. It felt like having an extra friend who happened to be super organized and knew exactly what they were doing. If you're debating whether or not you need a day-of coordinator: YOU DO. And if you're thinking of going with Lux Moments, do it. Sana will make your wedding day feel effortless and let you actually enjoy every second of it. 10/10 would recommend.
