Mrs. Paula is amazing and awesome!! I have a special needs child and most centers send me somewhere else because of his age and need. Here I am calling around near by childcare centers to have no one answer. I remembered Kids Kountry and called and Mrs. Paula greeted me immediately like she remembered me and spilled so much knowledge into me about transportation and all the help I need to get the care rolling. I'll always use Kids Kountry and I'll never look anywhere else. 10yrs ago I was afraid to use daycares and I had tried other daycares in the area they did not have the experience nor trained staff that she brings. This is a warm clean learning environment. I was the scared mom to leave my babies anywhere. I thought the worst after dealing with every other childcare place. Mrs. Paula instilled peace in me when I really needed a wonderful place that would fit my boys. We enrolled and had the most productive awesome experience using Kids Kountry because of Mrs. Paula and her amazing staff. Very poorly run facility. We abruply removed our child after issues we had with early closures on business days, sanitation and the honesty of some staff. I later read that there is an open case with State of Texas regarding a teacher throwing something a bottle at a child! Glad we left. read more

The best advise I can offer a parent looking for a daycare for their child, is DO NOT enroll them here!! I searched for a day care I felt comfortable leaving my child at for weeks. I read the reviews for this place but decided to check them out and judge for myself. They made me feel so comfortable and assured me my child would be cared for properly. At first I didn't notice any serious problems, but then he started getting diaper rash toward the middle/end of every week after being in day care a few days. I asked the teacher to please change him every hour. The next week his daily log showed he was only changed 4 times in the ELEVEN HOURS he was in their care. The next morning, I spoke with the teacher about it and she blamed the other teacher, then I called the director who assured me she would personally make sure he was changed 8 times a day (still not the every hour I requested, but it was reasonable). One week later, we had the exact same problem, he was changed 4 times in the eleven hours he was there... Again!! On top of that one of the times they stated they changed him was during the time they also stated he was sleeping! I got called at least once a week to pick my son up early because he had diaper rash, which was a result of them continuing to let him sit in wet diapers for hours The "teachers"constantly made comments in front of parents like "I wish these kids would just behave today" kids meaning infants, who don't know what misbehaving is or "oh you again" when they would see my son being dropped off". I was told "we didn't even know he could sit up" or "we didn't even notice he was here until around noon" (I dropped him off at 6am every morning) which can only mean, they paid no attention to my child or what was going on. Every day I picked him up he was filthy with food and snot all over his face. I did not feel like my child was being cared for properly here. This day care needs to be shut down immediately or taken over by someone who actually cares about how the children are cared for! read more
