All of the care ladies are great to me. They're very friendly, professional and my baby don't mind going out my arms to theirs. My baby 25mths she know her ABC's and how to count from 5-10, know all kinds of baby songs and the clapping and stomping that go with it, knows her body parts and likes to do everything alone. She either already knew this stuff or someone is teaching her this. Way to go Nolan's!!!!! I really appreciate your services. Honestly it's a great place I just don't like the check-in time frame. But rules are rules and that's understandable.

However, the owner, Tonya, is very unprofessional and does not know how to talk to anyone. Due to the fact that my baby had to be there, I refrained from stooping to her level on several occasions. Tonya only cares about money and does not work with her parents. I settled for this daycare because I work a late shift. To further elaborate, I dropped my baby off one day and she asked me to make sure his diaper isn't full because the past few times it had been. No one had ever brought that to my attention before and I have never, will never, intentionally leave my baby wet or with a dirty diaper when I drop off. However, isn't that part of what I'm paying for?! Also, when his daily report was sent home, at the bottom of the page it shows what time the diaper was changed and whether it was a wet diaper, poop diaper or dry. Not one time did the report ever show that he was wet at the time of drop off. In my opinion, Tonya nit picks and is very petty. Furthermore, she does not communicate with her employees ahead of time; nor do the employees communicate with one another when it comes to any changes the parents make, such as your child's feeding schedule. Tonya speaks as if she knows your child when clearly she is not the one taking care of them daily. Finally, my last straw was when I started a new morning shift at work and she told me what time to drop my child off. I spoke with Tonya on the Friday before to inform her my hours will change temporarily starting that Monday. I overslept due to my alarm not going off on time and ended up arriving at the daycare about an hour later than the time Tonya was requiring. The lady she has in charge was not aware that I would be dropping my child off during morning hours. She proceeded to call the owner, the owner asked to speak with me. The owner, Tonya proceeded to repeat how she had told me what time to drop my child off. I proceeded to tell her that I overslept and I arrived as soon as I was able to. Tonya, then said, very rudely that if it happened again that she would not allow me to drop him off. I felt that comment did not need to be made at that time because I had never been late before. I returned the phone back to the employee, handed over my child's diaper bag, slammed the door a little and walked out. Before I could drive off, the same employee came outside with my child in her arm and said the owner said for me to come get my child. I became very upset because the owner was aware ahead of time that I had to be to work as soon as I dropped my child off. I had to rush and find someone else to watch my child and rush to work with less than 15 mins left. Therefore, I told her my child will no longer be attending her daycare. She did not care that I was running late for work, obviously no compassion was shown at all. Luckily my Dad is retired and was able to takeover temporarily! My review speaks for itself. I gave facts, some opinions. From the day my child first started at this center, I was nice with everyone, never gave any of the employees a hard time so she is lying on her employees in her response. I would never cause trouble with the ladies that are taking care of my child daily. This issue occurred mainly because Tonya is very rude and has no compassion for her parents.

They have so many sweet brunches, breakfasts, info sessions, etc. throughout the year for parents to get involved with their kids' days and see where they're spending so much time. Their pricing is fantastic especially with the high quality playground, curriculum, plenty of staff checking in on the classrooms throughout the day and well thought out furnishings. You can tell 110% of the owners hearts were put into making this a place for children to call home while away from home. They spend so much time planning fun activities for the kids and my four year old sometimes tells me he'd rather be at school than with me (ouch lol). The admin team also deserves a shout out. Deena is bar none the best person Ive ever dealt with in a daycare setting. Professional and sweet and always ready to help. I guess you could call her my little "Velcro" baby. She doesn't do well meeting people for the first time as she is a bit shy... at first. As soon as we walk into the facility she was greated with this huge mural of the sea and colorful fishes, she was impressed!!!! "Wow mommy!! Look at the fishy!!!!" Very welcoming impression for her. My husband and I walk her to her class , once she walks in a teacher dancing with the other children in the back walks to the front and greats my daughter. The front desk staff were very friendly and gave us a detailed and informative tour of the facility. The facility is very clean and the amenities are outstanding, with the only exception of not having a sauna. There is a smoothie bar/cafe located within for pre-workout nourishment or refueling and a coffee bar with free coffee. My favorite thing about coming here is the wellness room is never crowded as opposed to chain gyms. It's also a family oriented environment so my kids are able to workout with me as well. There are tv's on every cardio machine with cable which I found is a great way to keep my youngest focused. Disney channel and go, lol! Aside from not having a sauna and steam room, there are no other complaints. Overall this is a wonderful YMCA.

I believe this adds to the structure & stability in my sons life. The owner takes care of her staff and students. The on-line learning wasn't that difficult as the staff took time to help my son with any issues he had. They also worked with the school teacher to make sure he was on task and I receive daily reports from the BKP staff. He rarely has bad days, and when he does the teachers take the time to tell me about any issues and we work together; Parent, Teacher and Child, to do what is in the best interest of my child. The teachers are attentive and truly tailor what's being done to the needs of the kids. They are upfront an honest. On top of meeting educational goals he's learning so many socal tools he needs at his age. Front office staff is also friendly and a pleasure to talk to. Wouldn't wanna take him anywhere else.
