I was that 1st time mama dreading starting daycare. I had heard horror stories of other facilities and just didn't know what to expect. This place and the staff are the exception! From the first call to the first tour, I felt at home. I've never felt as if they were putting on a show. They are consistent in their care and character. I now walk in there with such a peace knowing my son is being loved and well cared for when I'm away. I love that they don't have lots of turnover with their staff. There is consistency with the faces which helps not only the students, but the parents as well. It also says so much about the owners! I truly think we underestimate the value of quality care and what that looks like. It looks like your child running up to his/her teacher every morning for a hug. We know hugs are very personal and trust must be established. It really says so much about the teachers who establish this trust with their students. It also looks like watching your babe through the window and seeing the teachers sow seeds of character that will last. It looks like your kiddo coming home and doing things you may have never taught them, like sign language, blowing kisses, cleaning up toys and recognizing colors and shapes. It looks like your child being greeted by their name as soon as they walk in the door. They truly care about their students and this is a reflection of that. In addition, they feed them healthy foods which helps me at home incorporate more into his diet with less fuss. I especially love the updates throughout the day with photos and activities they are doing for the day. You can't put a price on peace, ya'll! Sign your babies up with Deer Park KinderCare, you won't regret it! Love, A very appreciative mama!

My daughter has been attending KinderCare Deer Park since October 2019. I cannot be more happier…read morethat I chose this daycare for my 2 year old. I visited so many daycares and read so many reviews, after 2 weeks of taking my lunch hour to go tour different facilities I thought I would never find the right daycare for her. KinderCare Deer Park was the last daycare I had on my list to visit and I wish it would've been first on my list! They are the absolute best and I am forever grateful for Ms. Maria and the rest of the staff! The attention and care that is given to my daughter is well above my expectations. My daughter wakes up every morning ready to go to KinderCare and she stays happy at drop off and at pick up right when we drive away from the center she tells me again "I go back to school" this makes me happy because I know she feels comfortable. I would recommend KinderCare Deer Park to anyone looking for childcare for your little ones!

I had a concerning experience with Denise at the daycare. She approached me about an incident where…read moremy daughter was bitten, she displayed an unprofessional attitude, insinuating that I was being 'double-sided' and suggesting that my child was to blame for the incident. Despite my explanation that my daughter was merely curious and did not provoke the situation, Denise's response was dismissive and lacking in empathy. It's disheartening to feel as though a caregiver is indifferent to a child's well-being, and I believe addressing this behavior is crucial for creating a supportive environment for both parents and children at the daycare. In addition to my experience with Denise, I also noticed that the toddler teachers seem overwhelmed with the number of children under their care. My final straw was witnessing my daughter's hair being pulled and her being dragged down without any acknowledgment or apology from Natalie, one of the Directors . It was alarming to see such an incident go unnoticed by the staff, and it left me questioning why my daughter seems to dread going to school. The lack of communication and accountability is deeply concerning, especially when it comes to the safety and well-being of the children. It's disheartening to be met with smiles while legitimate concerns are overlooked. I believe addressing these issues, including the staff-to-child ratio and the need for better communication and supervision. I am deeply concerned that if one of the directors has the audacity to speak to me in such a dismissive manner, then they may also have the power to influence how teachers handle parental concerns. It's troubling to think that legitimate worries expressed by parents could be overlooked or dismissed by those in positions of authority. A culture of dismissiveness from leadership can trickle down and affect how staff members interact with parents and address concerns. It's essential for the daycare's management to foster an environment of respect, accountability, and open communication, starting from the top down. Parents entrust their children's well-being to the daycare, and it's imperative that this trust is respected and upheld at all levels of the organization. Mrs Alejandra and Mrs.Sinclair are great teachers in her class but something just isn't right about the administration.

The teachers and staff are very knowledgeable and they genuinely care about the kids they teach. The curriculum that is taught here, will put my kids above what other public school children are learning, which makes me feel good. I definitely will recommend this school to any parents of children who are not of school age, to get a head start in their learning. The benefits to your child's education, will definitely out way any other school or daycare. I also wanted to extend a big thanks to Mrs. Nassarin, for all the hard work that she has done for my kids. All of the staff and teachers do a great job with children's education.

I was…read moreparticularly interested because of a few reasons first was they were a Christian based learning center, second they were close to my home. On his first day I was never introduced to his teacher or ever seen his classroom. In the morning you drive up and an employee there gets the child out the car and takes him inside then when picking up we call when on the way they get the child ready and you meet them at the door and you put your child in the car. The ladies doing the drop off and pick ups are not the teachers in order to find out who his teacher was I had to ask one of them they just said her name and what she looked like. When he started he was a little over 18 months old so he was in the roo class and was sent him with a "cuddle gram" basically a paper saying what he ate and how many diaper changes he had as well as his nap time. Breakfast was always Cheerios & snacks were always crackers not at all fulfilling the only meal fulfilling was lunch which was usually chicken gravy a fruit and veggie or something similar and on fridays the parent brings the child's lunch. His first 3 days he cried as expected for his first time ever attending daycare as the time went on it got better he stopped crying at drop off and was excited to be picked up he would run to me smiling and with open arms at pick up time. If there was ever an incident they would provide a paper saying what happened and you sign it while he was in the roo class that happened a few times not a whole bunch then comes when he moved classes to Disney class 2 year olds and with teacher Haley Farmer who again I had to ask to meet and ask how the day was structured. In her class there was 9 kids including him however in previous class there was 5 with Ms.Gina and Haley was giving me incident reports every week sometimes multiple times a week of him being bit, or hit with a toy sometimes I would just see bite marks but not even be informed of them I complained and sent her a message she said she would look into it. Then he was hit so hard on his face with a toy it left a Mark for days I complained, he came up with a soaking wet pamper I complained, two times he was not cleaned right after changing his diaper and I also complained I started asking more questions then on a Wednesday Lydia the director calls me and says he has had behavioral problems and he bit the teacher and I had no clue ! I messaged the teacher apologizing saying I would work with him and she never replied to me but before she always would so that was strange. all this was news to me because every or most incidents prior to this he was the one being bullied not the aggressor but now she says it is him. Then Lydia calls me at 11:13 a Thursday and says he has to be picked up they can no longer care for him she said he pulled a kids hair, chocked him, and head bunted him and says she has a video of it and I ask to see if the video and she never provided it to me said she had to get owners approval I still have yet to see the video. When I arrived to pick him up he was not in the office like she claimed she was actually napping and he was awoken from his nap to be sent home.I believe they kicked him out because I was complaining too much and I've transferred him to another daycare "Star Montessori" and his teacher said he hasn't been aggressive at all just hyper I don't claim he's an angel I know he throws tantrums but he's 2 and learning he doesn't bite or hit at home so that was far fetched to me. My husband kept urging me to change hum to another because along with all this since he was moved to another class he cried everyday at drop off and would be starving when he was picked up. I had to have a snack for him as soon as I got him in the car because he would be asking over and over for "snack" or "milk" I truly believe they didn't feed him or the children enough and not at all once while he was there did he come up with any type of biblical art work or teachings it was a lot of coloring and painting but they claim to be faith based but that is just a front in my opinion and I personally see this as a blessing and if it was meant for him to attend there he would still but God knows what's best for me and my family so I glorify him in it all it probably saved my son a lot of pain and suffering. If they can not keep supervision of 5-9 kids in a classroom biting my child hitting him or him scraping his finger then they need to re- evaluate their staff because that is just poorly done.

Absolutely adore this daycare. My littles love it here and enjoy coming to school.read more

I'll always use Kids Kountry and I'll never look anywhere else. 10yrs ago I was afraid to use daycares and I had tried other daycares in the area they did not have the experience nor trained staff that she brings. This is a warm clean learning environment. I was the scared mom to leave my babies anywhere. I thought the worst after dealing with every other childcare place. One teacher in particular was aggressive with my child on multiple occasions. I mentioned it once before and the director agreed with me said " i will talk to her". Well that same teacher was aggressive again and I had asked the curriculum director at pick up if she had access to the cameras footage and she said yes and she proceeded to show me. Me and that curriculum director BOTH AGREED IT WAS AGGRESSIVE and she said they do not train their teachers to act like that-she said was going to tell the head director (she never did until i brought it to their attention) Both director then reviewed the camera footage and said they do not believe it was aggressive at all and they said that teacher was their best and they won't be doing anything about it(even though the head director admitted previously she was aggressive towards my child) My husband wanted to see the footage and was shut down immediately and said he was not allowed to see anything because there was "nothing to see", after letting them know we were going to call the cops to file a police report they then agreed an hour later to let my husband watch the footage- which he agreed the teacher was being VERY AGGRESSIVE. After going home and looking up this daycare on the licensing website it turns out this was not their first time getting in trouble for being aggressive with kids(they were reported on 05/24/2023 for grabbing/pulling a child). They kept trying to blame my daughter for everything and took no accountability at all. I then asked if she could move classrooms because i did not trust this teacher and they said no because this was their "most trustworthy teacher" and didn't trust anyone else with my daughter, so then we removed her. After the teacher was aggressive she took my daughter to the bathroom for about 8 minutes and all you could see was the top of their head(until the last minute or so and the teacher finally stood up) Tell me how that is not suspicous.
