I was that 1st time mama dreading starting daycare. I had heard horror stories of other facilities and just didn't know what to expect. This place and the staff are the exception! From the first call to the first tour, I felt at home. I've never felt as if they were putting on a show. They are consistent in their care and character. I now walk in there with such a peace knowing my son is being loved and well cared for when I'm away. I love that they don't have lots of turnover with their staff. There is consistency with the faces which helps not only the students, but the parents as well. It also says so much about the owners! I truly think we underestimate the value of quality care and what that looks like. It looks like your child running up to his/her teacher every morning for a hug. We know hugs are very personal and trust must be established. It really says so much about the teachers who establish this trust with their students. It also looks like watching your babe through the window and seeing the teachers sow seeds of character that will last. It looks like your kiddo coming home and doing things you may have never taught them, like sign language, blowing kisses, cleaning up toys and recognizing colors and shapes. It looks like your child being greeted by their name as soon as they walk in the door. They truly care about their students and this is a reflection of that. In addition, they feed them healthy foods which helps me at home incorporate more into his diet with less fuss. I especially love the updates throughout the day with photos and activities they are doing for the day. You can't put a price on peace, ya'll! Sign your babies up with Deer Park KinderCare, you won't regret it! Love, A very appreciative mama!

I visited so many daycares and read so many reviews, after 2 weeks of taking my lunch hour to go tour different facilities I thought I would never find the right daycare for her. KinderCare Deer Park was the last daycare I had on my list to visit and I wish it would've been first on my list! They are the absolute best and I am forever grateful for Ms. Maria and the rest of the staff! The attention and care that is given to my daughter is well above my expectations. My daughter wakes up every morning ready to go to KinderCare and she stays happy at drop off and at pick up right when we drive away from the center she tells me again "I go back to school" this makes me happy because I know she feels comfortable. I would recommend KinderCare Deer Park to anyone looking for childcare for your little ones!

She approached me about an incident where…read moremy daughter was bitten, she displayed an unprofessional attitude, insinuating that I was being 'double-sided' and suggesting that my child was to blame for the incident. Despite my explanation that my daughter was merely curious and did not provoke the situation, Denise's response was dismissive and lacking in empathy. It's disheartening to feel as though a caregiver is indifferent to a child's well-being, and I believe addressing this behavior is crucial for creating a supportive environment for both parents and children at the daycare. In addition to my experience with Denise, I also noticed that the toddler teachers seem overwhelmed with the number of children under their care. My final straw was witnessing my daughter's hair being pulled and her being dragged down without any acknowledgment or apology from Natalie, one of the Directors . It was alarming to see such an incident go unnoticed by the staff, and it left me questioning why my daughter seems to dread going to school. The lack of communication and accountability is deeply concerning, especially when it comes to the safety and well-being of the children. It's disheartening to be met with smiles while legitimate concerns are overlooked. I believe addressing these issues, including the staff-to-child ratio and the need for better communication and supervision. I am deeply concerned that if one of the directors has the audacity to speak to me in such a dismissive manner, then they may also have the power to influence how teachers handle parental concerns. It's troubling to think that legitimate worries expressed by parents could be overlooked or dismissed by those in positions of authority. A culture of dismissiveness from leadership can trickle down and affect how staff members interact with parents and address concerns. It's essential for the daycare's management to foster an environment of respect, accountability, and open communication, starting from the top down. Parents entrust their children's well-being to the daycare, and it's imperative that this trust is respected and upheld at all levels of the organization. Mrs Alejandra and Mrs.Sinclair are great teachers in her class but something just isn't right about the administration.

The teachers and staff are very knowledgeable and they genuinely care about the kids they teach. The curriculum that is taught here, will put my kids above what other public school children are learning, which makes me feel good. I definitely will recommend this school to any parents of children who are not of school age, to get a head start in their learning. The benefits to your child's education, will definitely out way any other school or daycare. I also wanted to extend a big thanks to Mrs. Nassarin, for all the hard work that she has done for my kids. All of the staff and teachers do a great job with children's education.

She truly is there for the children and does a wonderful job with them. She takes all concerns and questions you have and answers them as quickly as possible. She is very sincere in helping you if you have any concerns to address. I love that she is there when I drop my child off at 6:45am and is still there at 5-5:30 when I pick her up. This tells me she is very committed to her job and knows what's going on at the center at all times. The facility has cameras in each of the classrooms. If there was ever a concern Josie was willing to show me the cameras which really helped give me piece of mind. They also fill out incident reports if anything happens. I love how the daycare is open from 6am-7pm even though I never keep my child there for those hours. Its nice to know that if something comes up they will be open to care for her. I also like that they serve breakfast, lunch and dinner to the kids. Sometimes I have to work until 5-5:30 and its nice to know my child isn't starving when I pick her up. The teachers at the center are awesome! In the baby room, Nora and Laura care for those littles as if they are their own. They really did a great job of helping me out with any questions I had. As a new mom, I wasn't always sure if I was doing things correctly and they always lent out advice to help. Nora speaks Spanish to the kids which I really liked. They were really helpful in teaching my child to eat solid food and worked with her on crawling and walking. Once my little hit the toddler room they worked on potty training with her. I was doing it at home as well and so the consistency of having training at home and at the daycare helped to potty train her very quickly. Mary, the teacher in the toddler class, is AMAZING. She is really good with the children and does a lot of different projects with them. She is also very personable and easy to talk to. Any time I have a question about my daughter she is very honest and gives good advice. Overall, I feel safe and confident that my child is being cared for while I am at work. Of course, biting and accidents happen, but the way the teachers handle it gives me piece of mind that if she does get hurt, they take care of her as I would. My child LOVES going to "school" and often isn't quite ready to leave when I pick her up. This helps to reassure me that she is being taken care of and loves the staff at this facility.
