The teachers and staff are very knowledgeable and they genuinely care about the kids they teach. The curriculum that is taught here, will put my kids above what other public school children are learning, which makes me feel good. I definitely will recommend this school to any parents of children who are not of school age, to get a head start in their learning. The benefits to your child's education, will definitely out way any other school or daycare. I also wanted to extend a big thanks to Mrs. Nassarin, for all the hard work that she has done for my kids. All of the staff and teachers do a great job with children's education.

I had a concerning experience with Denise at the daycare. She approached me about an incident where…read moremy daughter was bitten, she displayed an unprofessional attitude, insinuating that I was being 'double-sided' and suggesting that my child was to blame for the incident. Despite my explanation that my daughter was merely curious and did not provoke the situation, Denise's response was dismissive and lacking in empathy. It's disheartening to feel as though a caregiver is indifferent to a child's well-being, and I believe addressing this behavior is crucial for creating a supportive environment for both parents and children at the daycare. In addition to my experience with Denise, I also noticed that the toddler teachers seem overwhelmed with the number of children under their care. My final straw was witnessing my daughter's hair being pulled and her being dragged down without any acknowledgment or apology from Natalie, one of the Directors . It was alarming to see such an incident go unnoticed by the staff, and it left me questioning why my daughter seems to dread going to school. The lack of communication and accountability is deeply concerning, especially when it comes to the safety and well-being of the children. It's disheartening to be met with smiles while legitimate concerns are overlooked. I believe addressing these issues, including the staff-to-child ratio and the need for better communication and supervision. I am deeply concerned that if one of the directors has the audacity to speak to me in such a dismissive manner, then they may also have the power to influence how teachers handle parental concerns. It's troubling to think that legitimate worries expressed by parents could be overlooked or dismissed by those in positions of authority. A culture of dismissiveness from leadership can trickle down and affect how staff members interact with parents and address concerns. It's essential for the daycare's management to foster an environment of respect, accountability, and open communication, starting from the top down. Parents entrust their children's well-being to the daycare, and it's imperative that this trust is respected and upheld at all levels of the organization. Mrs Alejandra and Mrs.Sinclair are great teachers in her class but something just isn't right about the administration.

Mind you this was on her very first day. Second time it was just her undies , her bottom was clean as if she went restroom before and they had to have seen her undies dirty but were to lazy to change them and left them on her . All of this resulted in her getting a rash. Her last day there I picked her up brought her home and checked her and sure enough her bottom was dirty again after I just spoke with Vicky the manager for this location. I did send her email after the second time and was addressed in person that it may have been her fault and she may have missed it cause she herself took my daughter to restroom right before I arrived. She had been taking my daughter to and from restroom and keeping an eye on her since the first incident. In my opinion she shouldn't have to watch over her employees or to make sure their job is being done right. If she felt the need to do this than that person should not be employed. The teachers seem lazy and don't seem to care much if something like this repeatedly happens. Not sure why a manager would try to cover for an employee and place the blame on herself. This was just unacceptable. I asked for a meeting with both manager and assistant via email to which I was not answered she just spoke to me in person when I picked my daughter up. Seemed very jittery and brought up other things that did not pertain to the issue I was having. I did tell her how is it only my daughter coming home like this? I would hope if another parent had an issue like this that it would be addressed but was told it never happens so it was just my daughter. After researching daycares in the area and seeing all of the glowing reviews for The Wiggle Room, we decided to make the longer drive and now we completely understand why so many families love it there. From the very beginning, The Wiggle Room has given us a level of peace of mind that no other daycare has. The communication from both the teachers and director is always prompt, professional, and caring. One of the biggest differences we noticed was the stability in staffing. My daughter has had the same teachers the entire time she has attended, which has allowed her to feel safe, comfortable, and truly build meaningful relationships. At her previous daycare, there was constant turnover, and it created a lot of instability for her. The growth we have seen in our daughter academically has been incredible. Her speech, writing, and reading skills have absolutely skyrocketed thanks to their curriculum-based learning and guidance. She recently completed their Pre-K program and is now preparing to start kindergarten in the fall. The Wiggle Room has truly set her up for success. She has learned how to write, identify and read sight words, name all 50 states, and follow classroom instruction confidently and independently. Beyond academics, they also create such a fun and loving environment for the kids. From splash days to holiday-themed activities and special events, there is always something exciting for the children to look forward to. Most importantly, my daughter genuinely loves going there. She adores her teachers and the friendships she has made along the way. Every day I drop her off knowing she will be loved, cared for, and treated like family and as a parent, that feeling is priceless. We are so grateful for everything The Wiggle Room has done for our daughter and our family.

With both of my toddlers, I have always received prudent and timely reports about incidents (self-inflicted, as the instigator or from a friend). When I have raised concerns, teachers (and at times the director) have responded promptly and sincerely to discuss and find a resolution. For example, when my son was in the 2-year-old class, he was experiencing frequent biting incidents where he was on the receiving end. The teachers were kind and listened to my concerns. They shared that while unacceptable, biting was a common form of expressing big feelings and also shared tools, phrases, and mitigation tactics that they are employing in the classroom. At home, we also worked with our son to help him express his need for space/quiet time and to read more books about sharing and taking turns. We saw continued improvement, and as he grew up, fewer incidents. Our daughter is now an 18-month-old and has a biting problem at home. We shared this with the teachers to make them aware, and they assured us that she has not bitten any of her friends. They have started reading books about keeping her hands to herself, and we work with her at home as well. I absolutely recommend the Wiggle Room to any mom. We live 30 minutes away, and the drive is worth the fantastic support we receive as parents and the superb quality of care and education our children receive. I hope this review is helpful to parents.

Our son's teacher never went out of her way to get to know us or contact us to tell us about our son's progres, behavior, needs, etc. in class. We found that odd. So I started calling/emailing her to check on our son. They claim to care about children but don't go the extra mile to do so and admitted to not having the resources.

Up until Koala, I stayed home with him but we knew it was time for him to be outside of home socializing and learning among kids his age. I don't know anyone here so I only had google and Yelp and my intuition to steer me to a place for him. From the moment we toured, we had a good feeling this was a fit for all of us to be comfortable. We visited during nap time and I remember soothing sounds being played and that's exactly what we would do at home for him to nap. Also, the whole facility is natural tones and there's live plants and greenery which for me made an impression as it was far better than the primary colored typical preschool loud feel. This place just felt more calm and that spoke to me. It's close to home and has the home feel for my son. Then I couldn't believe how affordable compared to others. It has now been 6mos, our little one is now 3 and is thriving and I know Koala has everything to do with that. I can tell he enjoys his time there and is kept on a good, consistent routine. What I appreciate as well is the potty training. One day I get a message before he turned 3 that said ok Mom we're starting, and I don't think I could have done it without Koala as we attempted before. They are so hands on and I see how all the ladies there say hi or bye to my son no matter if he's in their class or not, it's just a really nice group of people watching out for my sons best interest and that's all a parent can ask for. We teach manners at home and I can tell they do at Koala too. He's developing and it shows in his speech and all that he's taught. I've also arrived to the school while the kids were outside playing and from a distance his teacher Miss Evelyn didn't know I was watching and I could see her wipe his hands and his face and it just goes to show that they care and treat your kids like their own. She also knows we're a bilingual home and will speak to my son in Spanish too and I'm grateful for that. Miss Sharon the Director is on the ball with all that she does and I have yet to experience anything that would make me question the care my son is receiving. All the ladies I've interacted with have been great. Miss Cynthia, Miss Barbara, all of them. I have peace of mind when he's there and that's priceless. I only wish I could watch him do all these great things and play with other kids while he's there because I know he's enjoying himself. Thank you Koala team!
