I had to conplete a night and say study and both my night and day techs were wonderful! Because I was there throughout the day I received breakfast and lunch provided from Bob Evans and I got to choose what I wanted off a limited menu. My only complaint would be the bed. You could tell people typically sleep on the side closest to the door and machines because I sunk right in but once I was able to scoot to the other side it was significantly more firm. The sinking feeling aggravated my lower back which made it tricky to get comfortable in the allotted nap times. Overall, if you have to have a sleep study Mount Carmel has been a great experience.

All of the nursing staff that I have encountered are also excellent and caring. Everything good that you expect from a doctors office you will find here. The stand out surprise for me was the amazing front desk staff. I've been to a lot of doctors offices in my life an they all seemed to have one thing in common: their front desk staff were rude, short with patients and unhelpful. Let me tell you the staff here are the polar opposite! By far the nicest and most helpful staff I've ever encountered! They always greet you with a smile and seem genuinely happy that you have come in. The doctors here are blessed to have such an amazing staff up front. I can't emphasize enough how much of a difference this makes for their patients! I am glad I found this place and will be coming back here for years to come.

Terrible family practice! They billed me 370 dollars for my first consultation. Weighed me and took…read moremy blood pressure 3 times. Asked some questions. Of course my insurance did not cover it. Then they wanted me to go have all kinds of blood work done for high blood pressure? Then wanted me to do a face to face visit on line. And another office visit after that. So basically they gave me medicine that actually worked and brought my blood pressure down considerably. I bought the cuff. Took the medicine. Was feeling great! Then I had to beg for refills every month. It took 5 days without this medicine to get a refill. Until the last month, They just decided I was not bringing in enough money from their stupid over charged over used office visits. They just never filled it... They were rude on the phone. If they saw my number on id caller they just would not answer. Funny they would answer from my work phone. The Doogie Howser doctor acted like I was dying and treated me like an alien. I never did see a real doctor. Do not go to this family practice if your healthy. It's all about the money for them.

They checked me out thoroughly and basically recommended water and Mucinex. Which was fine- I'd rather go and have it not be serious. In and out quickly- got taken back right at my appointment time. Free samples of Mucinex. Always good to know things aren't too bad.
