Unfortunately, they don't have a good selection of YGO cards, just 10-cent common cards. They have a selection of cheap Pokémon cards from 10 cents to $1. Not a bad store to go to if you need something like cards or board games but felt a little weird inside. Edit: Changed to one-star due to business response and poor customer service. Man acts like I've never stepped foot in a card shop before.

They sell Japanese trinkets, gadgets and plush toys as well as auto accessories like long giant rear-view mirrors, covers for the steering wheel, car fresheners, etc. It's a good place to poke around while waiting for your Santouka ramen or something, especially around lunch time on a weekend. On this particular day, I wandered in with a specific purchase in mind. My +1 likes to Waze while driving but it's dangerous to keep picking up the phone to look at directions or look at notifications from nearby Wazers. My goal was to buy a mobile phone car mount for a hands-free driving experience for the sake of everyone's safety. I was poking around and the lady was quick to ask if I needed help. She explained the different types of mounts (air vent, windshield, dash) and that those on the windshield need to be installed carefully in accordance to the law, or something about being particular as to where you can legally stick a mount on the windshield. She opened several different packages for me to inspect and compare. After a bout of unnecessary indecisiveness and much waffling in my head, I finally purchased a mount that sticks on the dashboard. The configuration of the air vents for this particular car doesn't quite allow for easy glance if the phone were to be there, but air vent mounts would have been my first choice, if it was for my car. I paid cash and walked out of there before claiming my lunch tray from Misasa. The mount was $30, which was a lot more than I'd expect or would have wanted to pay but it would have been inconvenient for me to find another place that had the variety that I could touch and feel, and purchase right away. (For my own car, I got a $15 one from Amazon). Results - it didn't stick so well at first but my +1 finally found a spot that was agreeable to the car. Overall, a pleasant experience at j-style. It's good to be able to touch and feel products before buying and this store provides products that you might not be able to find in other English-only stores.

I'm a private Pokémon card collector that has never ventured into the world of buy/sell/trade, so I decided I'd call a few shops in the area to see what they'd recommend, and this is exactly how this conversation went. Guy answers phone, i asked him if he had a minute to answer a couple questions i had. "i mean i have a few people I'm helping right now but yeah sure" I proceed to explain that i was looking for guidance or advice on how to offload my extensive Pokémon card collection as I'm moving out of the area, and i was wondering if they had a buyer or something of the sort that would sit down with me and run through it to see what they're willing to buy, etc. He responds, "oookay. Are you planning on paying someone for that?" Confused, i asked what he meant? "Basically what I'm getting at is no, we don't do that. I have a guy here that's really knowledgeable about that kinda stuff but i wouldn't wanna waste his time" I thanked him for his "candid" (read: completely rude) response and that i would look elsewhere.
