The showroom has all the popular baby items that everyone tends to add to their registry and me and my husband especially liked the strollers area. There's not a lot of shops where you can test all the popular strollers so this was a great location to just see and test everything out. It is a very large showroom with 2 story and we came out very more prepared and educated with what we wanted to register for our baby. I also really liked that we got to see everything in person. You don't actually purchase anything here but it's meant to help you with building your registry with the Babylist and also see everything in person. There's a lot of areas too where they make it interactive like a giant baby bjorn (which was super comfortable by the way), photo opportunities and booths so overall it was a very fun time! They have a parking structure across the street with free parking as well for a set amount of time. I would highly recommend the showroom to all expecting parents!! :)

The workers were very knowledgeable and very friendly. It was nice trying out the different carriers and the strollers. Today was completely turned off by the treatment there and will never return. Apparently you need an appointment now to even enter the store. There was NO ONE inside shopping! I even called before arrival and nothing was mentioned before about needing an appointment or trust me I wouldn't have driven all the way there. Blame Covid all you want,.. even wearing masks we were not allowed in the store!

I ended up asking the employee if I can park in the back & she said I could go around. Good thing I did because this car seat was HEAVY & BARELY fit in the car. I also did look around the store to see what else they have for sale. This truly is an infant store. You won't find toddler clothing or toys. All the merchandise is specifically geared towards infancy, which is nice, especially for first time parents who need all the things. I was underwhelmed, & felt a bit frustrated wishing they had more for toddlers. All in all, this is a great shop if you're looking for strollers, car seats, or cribs !!! Don't come here for clothing - the selection is boring. I would recommend this store for first time parents not sure which baby item would fit because baby items are an investment & it's always nice to try before you buy !

Never a "hello", "I'll be right with you", or "let me know if you need anything". Even when I was standing at the cash register wanting to pay, she never turned her attention from this other man. All of my excitement was gone... I put my items down and left. And of course that wasn't acknowledged either. I'm extremely sad and disappointed. Luckily there are other amazing baby stores on this street so I was able to find the cutest things - and they were HAPPY to assist me!

We know we could have gone to CHP or a fire station to do it but we heard that at tot squad they would walk you through the process and answer questions which I didn't really see happening with a CHP officer. Karen helped us out and was very patient and helpful. She first taught us about the Uppababy car seat and showed us how to put the baby inside of it and gave both me and my wife the opportunity to try it. Then we went to the cars and she taught us how to install it using the latches and the seatbelt. Both my wife and I got a chance to do it on our own with her watching on our own vehicles. I definitely could have read the manual or gone on youtube but Karen was very knowledgeable about a ton of baby products and answered our questions and put both of us as ease over the installation and how to use the car seats in our cars. I had a very positive experience with tot squad and would gladly continue to use their services.

They struck the perfect balance of being informative while keeping things fun and lighthearted. So much information can be stressful but the way it was presented was easy to digest. I loved doing it with my partner and think it was such a great way to get him more involved in this process that can lean so heavily on the mom. Really disappointed in my experience today. I drove two hours to this location to support a local…read morebusiness. For one, I was not greeted or asked if I needed help when entering the store. More importantly, their website said the stroller I wanted was in stock and available in 4 hours for pickup, but when I got there it wasn't available for purchase and it had to be ordered. When I brought it up to the cashier, he said it was because they have it in store their inventory but not at the store? Huh?? After doing more digging I saw there was a "Terms and conditions" asterisk in fine print you have to click on to find out this information. All I saw was the green check mark that says "In stock and ready for pick up in 4 hours." Any other place I have ever been to- this would mean it would be in stock at the store. When I brought up, calmly, that this was confusing and they should fix it because I drove two hours to get to the store. The cashier said nothing. Not a "Aw geez, I'm sorry. I can understand your frustration and why that's confusing." I'm a reasonable person. I've worked in customer service all my life. The demeanor of the cashier alone has put me off from ever visiting this store again or recommending it. We went to Uppababy a few blocks down and they were SOOO kind that it completely made my day. All I needed was some kindness. To the owners of the Pump Station- the people using your website are most likely VERY tired moms. I personally am getting 3-4 hours of sleep a day. Tired moms need clear signage if something is in stock or not. Time is precious in this season of life. We also need KINDNESS. My body is broken and recovering from giving birth. I am exhausted! I would expect a place who sells baby items to understand this. Overall, would never recommend this place and will tell everyone I know that it was an awful experience.
