While purchasing one SMALL item, I made it clear (after being asked twice) that I didn't need a bag and politely wishing the employee/"manager" a good rest of her day, I was met with an unnecessarily rude and argumentative attitude and comments. Her reaction (to me not accepting a bag?) felt completely uncalled for and left me confused lol. I don't complain often, especially about anyone working retail since I know it can be tough sometimes, but this situation was just weird and confusing. As someone with retail and customer service experience, I found this interaction with the employee/"manager" very unprofessional and unacceptable. Anyway, that's my rant. Still try to visit this store, they sell some cool stuff and maybe she'll have better control of her emotions by then lol.

This is a consignment store, not a Goodwill so the prices are definitely going to be higher although they do have a color-coded system for sale items. Everything in here fits within a 5000 square-foot space and they have lots of furniture and clothing of course (mostly women's). They also have oddball items like hot wheels, comic books, and baseball cards. If you don't wanna pay that new furniture price, they definitely have a great assortment of couches, chairs, and tables for about half retail. Plenty of jewelry on display as well. They do have three dressing rooms, but no public bathroom.

They explained that they have a lottery system for people bring items in to sell. They only take 3 people each Tuesday, and they are booked until July for people to bring their items in. Even then, it is a lottery, so technically you may never get chosen to sell your items to them. They said they pay $8 for pants, and other clothing is priced accordingly. Wow! What a pain to try and do business here. It was hardly worth the trip and I will not be back.
