I rarely leave negative reviews, but this situation deserves one.
I hired this company to install mini split units, and to be fair, the installation itself was done well. The system works, and the workmanship on that portion of the job was solid.
However, the experience after that has been extremely disappointing and frustrating.
At the time of installation, I also paid over $1,000 for security cages that were supposed to be installed shortly after. That was 10 months ago. Since then, it has been nothing but excuses, delays, and empty promises. I've been repeatedly told "they're coming soon," "they're on order," or "we'll schedule you shortly," but nothing ever happened.
I was also told that the warranty information had been submitted, but after contacting the manufacturer directly, I learned that it had never been filed.
Now, communication has completely stopped. There has been no effort to refund my money.
It's unacceptable to take payment for a product and simply not deliver it--especially after nearly a year of waiting. A company's integrity is measured not just by the work they complete, but by how they handle their commitments.
If you use this company, be very cautious about paying upfront for anything beyond the immediate work being completed. Unfortunately, based on my experience, once they have your money, you may not hear from them again. read more
