It took them 2 months to install due to different excuses as didn't have the parts or going to get the parts and not returning, etc. 2 days after installing the unit wasn't working so the service tech put freon in it, still didn't work it needed a part. We had to wait for them to order the part. That issue was finally solved. Only 5 months later the heat is not working properly. They have sent 3 technicians out 4 times. All putting freon in the unit then coming in the house and manually putting the heat to 75 degrees to 80 degrees then placing the gauge on it and stating it's working. We tried to explain to the technicians that when we set the thermostat on 70 or 71 and the temperature outside is 40 and below that our heat is blowing cold (cool) air not heat! My husband called the company to explain what is going on the receptionist reaches the phone to owner Justin Trout and rudely he tells my husband that he is not in the habit of sending his men out he had to with our unit. Justin finally tells my husband that he will do us a favor and send a man out on Friday Nov. 2nd 2018. The receptionist call and cancels that appointment. I called Seth, and he said that he would be out the next day, he never did. After about two days of me calling and them not showing up Seth showed up and he said that he had to order a part. Every time I called the office, they told me that they were on their way, and they would be at my house after 3 o'clock. They would never show up and they would never call to let me know why they were not coming. On January 11, I got a text from Seth that said that the part was in and he would be here the next day which was on a Friday. I called the office the next day, Denise, who answers the phone, and always lies about them going to come out, she said that they were on their way. Once again, they never did show up and they never called to tell me that they were not coming. So then we got the snow, and now the snow has come and gone. But they have never shown up to put my part in that is under warranty. I talked to Justin Trout, on January 15, 2024, the owner, and this was the third time that I have spoken with him with text. He told me that they would be at my house On January 17th, Once again, they did not show and they never called. I received a phone call on January 22 from Denise who works in the office. She said they will be out there after 3 o'clock today to put in your new part. Once again, they did not show and that's the last that Thave heard from them Justin Trout's told me that I should use my emergency heat. My heat pump tore up on January 3, 2024 and it is January 25.
